Above & Beyond Service by a Future Leader in Hospitality!
On 1.13.25; me and an associate of mine stopped by this beautiful resort to have a bite and finish up some work. Besides the best onion dip that I have ever had; our server Meagan was amazing and went above and beyond. I have to share what she did. We were sitting outside and wanted ice tea; well it took a little bit to finally get our tea. Well, Meagan apologized for the delay and explained the kitchen was out of Ice Tea so she ran over to another restaurant that was on property to bring us tea. This reminded of the book QBQ that highlighted a server who did this exact thing in the context of taking personal accountability for your job and thinking outside the box when obstacles get in the way rather than blaming management. Meagan is definitely a future leader in the hospitality industry. And she was such a lovely person to meet. We would highly recommend visiting Meagan and the beautiful Silverado Resort.

Beautiful Resort
Great resort but very noisy due to construction going on. Had to move rooms due to noisy AC Heating Unit . Service is top notch but facility seems to be getting dated in past few years. Enjoyed the fire pit at the Market. Location is very central to wineries.

Another great night at Silverado Mansion with Lala!
Friendly, capable and customer focused, Lala makes our experience special every time! She provides great service and is a joy to talk to. We always know that those fires will keep us cozy after sundown, the food will be tasty, and Lala will be fun to chat with ...Oh and the smash burger is amazing!

Silverado resort at Napa is a must stay!
We love it here. It is our go to place to stay at Napa. The staff is awesome, facilities are amazing. They have everything from tennis courts to spa and pool. The shuttle service is very quick. The rooms are super comfy and clean. Definitely a gem.

A Happy Start to 2025, Thank You, Silverado Resort
We have stayed at the Silverado Resort many times in the last 15 years and have always had a good experience. The rooms are clean, comfortably furnished, and quiet. Our recent stay was another enjoyable visit to a beautiful resort. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The resort is one of our favorite getaways!
