Our recent three-night stay at Stanly Ranch was unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room (41A) was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, and we loved the resort’s stunning amenities, especially the pools and the relaxing Halehouse Spa. My wife particularly enjoyed the gym, with the rowing machines being a highlight. Dining at Bear was exceptional, showcasing Napa’s finest flavors. Though there was a small issue with my wife’s steak and eggs one morning, your team handled it graciously. The manager’s response and the flawless preparation the next day left us impressed. A special thank you to Mike for delivering the thoughtful charcuterie board and wine from Laura McIver—such a lovely touch that added to the warmth of our stay. Stanly Ranch is now one of our top three resorts worldwide, and we give it a perfect 5-star rating. Thank you for making our visit so special. We’re already looking forward to returning and will enthusiastically recommend your resort to others.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided amazing service. The property was picturesque and unique. Prior to our visit the concierge was attentive and helpful with reservations as well as coordinating gifts for birthdays while we were there.

I cannot rave enough about the wonderful experience we had at Stanly Ranch celebrating our anniversary with friends.The villa was beyond our expectations, the service incredible and each meal a delight! A perfect respite. Looking forward to another visit soon.

This resort is going downhill fast! I have stayed here several times in the past year and I always had a great stay. This time the staff was very rude. Our room was delayed. Room service took 90 mins. The front desk didn’t have any advil. The dinner host seriously yelled at us because she didn’t think we closed our bill out. The entire restaurant staff was in a huddle gossiping behind the bar while several people waited in line. My bill was not accurate. For $2k per night I will go elsewhere.

Perfect getaway to escape the real world for a few days. Great service and amenities with staff that really make you feel special. Easy access to everything Napa Valley has to offer, without being right in the middle of it. Private patios (with firepits) and outdoor showers were a perfect way to end each day.
