The Bobby Hotel

Hotel staff was awesome.We were not given the accessible room we booked as we were told when we arrived it was not avaiable. Was offered the room the next afternoon but was too hard to change rooms at that point. I had to go to local drug store and buy toilet seat riser and a bath seat for my spouse.

Beautiful hotel and exquisitely decorated. So close to downtown, Broadway and fun places to visit. I would definitely recommend! The rooftop was a lot of fun too. And the convenience to Broadway and other places was so nice! We will be back!

We checked in with high hopes. Reveiws and pictures looked amazing. Check-in was smooth but that is where it ended. The room view was of a parking garage/homeless encampment. The hot water didn’t work, the second room had a massive leak under the carpet (they did move them after talking to more than one person, first person told us they can’t do anything). At checkout we learned that there is a $25/night fee per room that covers $15 for restaurants per day, we paid for all of our food not knowing about this. Location and hotel are really nice, customer service are less than zero.

Our server Crystal was incredible. She went above and beyond to get us what we needed and even hunted down some tea for us when it wasn’t on the menu. The rooftop was so beautiful, really well done decor and the igloo stayed warm even in the 30 degree weather. Went with kids and family but it would be great for a date night to snuggle up together

Griffin was an amazing server!! He made sure we had everything we needed. He was courteous and kind and gave us great service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered everything on the menu and he really knew how to make a cocktail. The RV was perfect for a team event!!
