We had an amazing stay at the Conrad in Nashville. Darren really set the bar for a 5-star stay. And Howard was so friendly and provided us with the best service. Could not recommend the Conrad enough - specifically Darren and Howard. If you are looking for a great location with staff that will go above and beyond this is it!

The lobby, banquet center and rooms were all beautiful but the staff is what truly elevated Conrad. They never hesitated to greet us and assist in any way they could. Gary in particular blew us away, remembering our names and bringing a smile to our faces whenever we saw him! We will definitely be back!

An amazing stay from the moment we arrived! My wife and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. On our arrival, we were upgraded to a large suite that was absolutely stunning. The Conrad is a beautiful property with kind and helpful staff. We only wished we knew about the complimentary car service before spending $$$ on Uber (we didn’t find out until our last day). Highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I share these negatives as a way to be helpful because it truly is a lovely place to stay with comfortable beds and a luxurious room. 1. Getting ice. There are no ice machines on the floor, which I understand in an upscale hotel, but please make it easier to get ice. You must call room service and it’s clear it’s not their favorite thing to do, and on one call I was transferred and went into a dark dark hole. 2. The lights are very difficult to work in the room. There is a modern keypad that is intended to make it easier, but actually makes it more difficult because you have to choose one of their pre-program settings. While we’re talking about the keypad, it might be helpful to add a button for “get ice.” 3. The bathrooms are beautiful, but not designed for women. The trashcan is in the water closet with the toilet behind a door, and any woman will tell you that Q-tips and cotton balls are an essential part of getting ready in the morning or ending the day. There is no counter space and the outlets for hair appliances are almost impossible to reach without knocking something off the counter. Every time I got out the vanity mirror, it was put away by housekeeping, mostly because there is no counter space. 4. There is no refrigerator space at all. There is an upscale, expensive mini bar. I get this in a high-end hotel, but not everyone likes CoffeeMate in their coffee. If you’re gonna have a super cool coffee maker, please let me choose whether I want soy creamer or real cream in my coffee by stocking it or having a place to store it. Also, it would be helpful to stock it with the essentials to make a cup of coffee in the in the morning. Essentials not replaced. Everything in this hotel is geared toward calling room service or asking someone else to bring something to you. Busy work travelers need more convenience.

Great hotel, friendly staff, excellent food. The breakfast potatoes were the best I’d ever had. I think this hotel and others should convince the city government to make downtown Nashville a more pedestrian friendly place. There’s so much squandered potential. Cities should serve people, not cars. It would make life so much better for residents and visitors and make Nashville a much more attractive place to visit and a better place to establish a local business.
