One of my favorite hotels, by far the best in Nashville!
Hotel is fantastic. Easily the best hotel experience I have had in Nashville. Great service, great amenities. Really enjoyed the staff. Cece at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the complimentary car service as well!

Luxurious for a mom and dad staycation!
Leanna was so welcoming at the front desk. We got upgraded being diamond and the staff was so kind and professional. The Roos are so comfortable and clean. And the atmosphere is a perfect blending of calming and luxury mixed in. You won’t regret booking here !

CeCe and suite was wonderful!
Our stay at the Conrad was absolutely wonderful. Our suite was one of the most beautiful we had ever stayed in. Upon check in- Ce Ce was fabulous and very accommodating! What a great employee to have at your hotel. We can't wait to return! -Kevin & Jaime

Lovely hotel
This was a lovely modern hotel. We had an upgrade as the previous room had faults (lights not working & fire alarm flashing so the upgraded room was amazing. Felt lucky to have this over Christmas so we appreciated it. The reason for less stars was firstly I booked the hotel as it said it had a free shuttle down town however on check in they said they had no availability for the free shuttle so it cost us a lot of money on Ubers & if we had known shuttle wasn’t available I would have booked a hotel nearer town. We also weren’t notified when we checked in that the bars and restaurants would be closed over Christmas so we were in bed my 8.30pm on Christmas Day as everything was shut so we couldn’t get a drink at the bar apparently there was a private party but no one mentioned that to us and we also wasn’t made aware the restaurant on 3rd floor was closed for the 3 days we were staying. I just wish it would have been made clear to us on checking. However would recommend the hotel. The staff were really friendly and very helpful and we appreciated that.

5 star service
We had an amazing stay at the Conrad in Nashville. Darren really set the bar for a 5-star stay. And Howard was so friendly and provided us with the best service. Could not recommend the Conrad enough - specifically Darren and Howard. If you are looking for a great location with staff that will go above and beyond this is it!
