Exquisite service--the kind you do not experience any more in even the nicest of hotels. Gorgeous. The attention to detail and the history is to be admired. Bed linens, robe, slippers were super comfortable. Yellow umbrella is fun and came in handy.

The hotel rooms are excellent they are updated and very spacious. My wife loved the tub and large bathroom. Attention to detail is shown as soon as you enter being greeted at the door all till you go to sleep with the wonderful turn down service

We spent our anniversary at The Hermitage. The place is amazing! Beautifully adorned and exceptionally clean. The housekeeping crew gave attention to every small detail. The location of the hotel is far enough from Broadway to be quiet but close enough to walk (about 10 minutes). Drusie & Darr is the home of the original lava cake. The food is exceptional.

Beautiful historic building. Meticulously maintained. Fresh flowers all around. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Excellent restaurant. The bar is so cool and so many experienced bartenders who make the bar so efficient. Piano music during tea. Everyone is so friendly. There still are some top-notch hotels!!! Odival at the front desk is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!

Stunning hotel with great central location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large room with great amenities. We didn't get a chance to have dinner in the main restaurant but we had a breakfast and late lunch during happy hour in the Pink Hermit cafe, excellent food. We'll definitely stay here again on our next Nashville visit and will dine at the Drusie and Darr.
