The Hermitage Hotel

Exceptional stay while attending a wedding. Not sure we can stay anywhere else in Nashville again! Big rooms, beautiful lobby, nice restaurant and cafe, first class service all around. Housekeeping and valet are excellent, both with exceptional attention to detail. If we return to Nashville, this is the first hotel we will consider. FYI: FHR breakfast credit is $30 per day per person (x2), and the $100 property credit has to be used at one time (can’t split across multiple events / days), which is mildly annoying - $35 or $40 would be better given breakfast pricing, as would splitting the $100 across multiple events.

The Hermitage Hotel was such a delightful time for a long weekend with a friend. The staff were over-the-top friendly and extremely accommodating. Our room was cleaned impeccably daily by the housekeeper - organizing toiletries, putting away shoes, turndown service with a sweet treat. The bed was next level amazing - softest pillows I've ever laid on. The closet had an additional 3 choices of pillows to choose from as well. The bar (fabulous martinis) and restaurant in the basement had a vibe like no other (be sure to check-out the stunning restroom down there!). The downsides: tiny mini fridge filled with beverages for purchase - which left no room for leftovers from all of the fabulous restaurant leftovers we had. No in-room coffee maker or hot water. If you're like me, I need coffee upon waking-up and it forced me to visit the coffee shop in the lobby. The Pink Hermit (coffee shop) was lovely however, I didn't enjoy needing to get dressed and paying additional $ for a cup of coffee while on vacation. I truly look forward to returning back and plan to bring a cooler for leftovers and my mini Keurig for the room! 9/10*

The lobby is beautiful, gym is lovely and clean, comfortable beds and service from all staff was excellent. Great location in Nashville, just a few minutes walk from restaurants shops and broadway, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

This hotel was fantastic. The quality of the beds, bathrooms and the room in general were beyond compare. Service was exceptional. We will certainly go back next year. I was disappointed in their restaurant's food as was our entire group. But, the service was excellent and we loved our server.

How do you put into words that feeling of ahhhhhhh when you are warmly welcomed and then walk into The Hermitage doors, and up the stairs into their glorious atrium? Their signature scent aromatherapy adds to the personal inner congratulations for making the fabulous decision to be here. It just gets better from here. Collin their concierge is a gem. Exceeding expectations are clearly their goal every day. I am already thinking of any reason to return. I left yesterday. :)
