As soon as I arrived I received great service. My Lyft driver dropped me at the back of the hotel as that was where the app took him so I walked the remaining way. The valets, Cameron and Sueraffel, saw me arrive with two cases and immediately took them into reception for me. I almost immediately need to leave again and chatted with Cameron, Sueraffel and Andrew while I waited for my Lyft driver. They were friendly every time I entered or left the hotel. The hotel room was perfect for me. Plenty of room, very clean with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The hotel is in a good location. One road down to Broadway, either 5 minutes in a taxi or a nice 30 minute walk (I often chose the latter, even in the cold). I’ve very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Andrew and Sueraffel were amazing at their jobs, so nice, and quick. They make me want to come back and use the valet parking. They answered every question I had. Give them a raise! Of the rest of your staff is Ike them, then you are one lucky company.

Great stay at the hutton hotel. Good location, really friendly staff, David looked after us! Managed to take advantage of the fender play scheme and get a guitar sent to our room free of charge which was really cool. There is also a great venue on site so worth looking out for who Is playing

Andrew is awesome quick valet thank you for diligent work. It was cold and he waited on us made sure we were inside and then came to get us when our vehicle was ready. He made sure all in our party made it together and couldn't be happier. Thank you andrew
