10/10. If I could rate this hotel higher I would. I was traveling for a conference. Several conferences were taking place and there must have been 2000+ people in and out of this hotel. The grace the staff had especially for a post Covid US hotel was beyond expectational. Let me start off by saying “no one” asked me write a review. I volunteered based on my experience and it brings me joy writing great reviews for great service. Valet in the cold left no guest untouched or greeted. Upon check in it was insane yet everyone at the counter that I engaged with kept their composure and was courtesy from check in to check out. Zoie was helpful in helping me navigate the area for local dinning and activities. As well as hotel amenities. Also the young lady who check me in was helpful in checking me in expeditiously and explaining hotel directions. (I will inquire her name and update my review as she deserve praise for her patience and friendliness) The icing on the cake “literally” was George Yousef and Emad Hana. Who timely, gracefully, perfectly delivered an evening snack. They were friendly conversational and handled everything with care. Hats off to the chef as I highly recommend the red velvet cake!! It was by far the best I have had likely ever. Even staff whom I didn’t interact with execute everything with precision and grace. Perfect view. Perfect experience 10/10!

Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. Kubi was exceptional at valet. Never had to wait for our vehicle. It was available within minutes from texting in our room. I hope all Marriott experiences are like this. Breakfast was great and the hostess was so polite and inviting.

The valets at JW Marriott Hotel, Kubi and Tobie were top-notch! Friendly service and quick to assist. Made my stay stress-free. They handled my car with care and always greeted me with a smile. Highly recommend their valet team! Thanks guys!

Great breakfast service from the hosts and wait staff at the lobby restaurant. Super friendly and efficient and the bills were accurate. I Used the valet service for 4 days with in/out privileges. Flawless and friendly. Thanks Kubi and the team.

There is no one better at greeting you in the lobby than Ellen. Top notch inter personal skills and extremely interesting all the way around. She is a credit to your hotel and integral in making folks feel welcome and taken care of now and hopefully for years to come.
