Just Ok
I wanted to love this hotel but unfortunately it just did not live up to its name. Maybe it was an off weekend but we struggled to understand how the hotel was rated 5 stars. The beds were a bit tired and cleanliness lacking. The highlight of our one night stay was the breakfast- the breakfast was wonderful as well as the restaurant staff. Valet was great as well. We have stayed in several other hotels in downtown Nashville and found them to be a better value for your money. I have uploaded a picture of the restroom stall as I am unsure of what bodily fluid this might be.

Do not stay at this property.
DO NOT STAY HERE. If you are visiting Nashville, which is a great city and highly recommended, I would stay anywhere else except at this property. I have been a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for many, many years, and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. They refused to reimburse my money after i modified my reservation (because they claimed i missed a deadline), the lobby has a terrible smell, the elevators are slow which requires a long wait, and the drinks are seriously overpriced. I will most likely still use Marriott, but I would encourage everyone not to stay at this hotel.

Nice stay
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hector was especially kind and made us feel welcome. The shower was a bit outdated and the water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold . That was my only complaint. Conveniently located near Broadway and the Gulch.

Beautiful hotel and great location, terrible rooms
Beautiful hotel and very well located near everything! Nice check in staff, pretty lobby. That is where it ends. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? The rooms are horrible! Poorly planned and truly "dumb". I challange hotel owners to force their designers to actually stay in a room they designed! No where to put anything. No hooks, no towel bars, not enough vanity space. Crazy stupid! Dumb placement of the TV, on a side wall with no adjustable arm?? Really? Do you watch TV sideways? No drawer space and no place to hang a towel. Truly remarkably dumb.

Relaxing
Cedric was great! He was very gentle and kind. He made my first experience relaxing and comfortable. The room was nice and quiet with soothing music. Clean environment and great friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this location 👍🏼
