JW Marriott Nashville

We have looked forward to going to the Bourbon Sky Lounge since it opened! We finally went for our 38th anniversary Dec 5th! We loved it and will return! The Guest Services hostess, Ellen, was phenomenal! She made made us feel as though she was celebrating with us!!! Great experience! Thank you❤️

I want to start off by saying I come here quite often for business (every 2 months) and the Cumberland bar has one of the best espresso martinis in the city! Raj is always great and takes amazing care of everyone. However my last two times I was there I’ve had bad service and I don’t think I’ll be back for awhile. I asked the server what gluten free options they had and she said “none.” And then when I stated I wasn’t going to order anything then she said hummus. Also when she greeted me all she said was “what can I get for you?” No exchange of pleasantries at all. Didn’t catch her name but it was a Wednesday afternoon and she was serving tables. Continuing last time I was at the bar the tan older female bartender with really long hair seemed bothered to serve us and had to be waved down for the check. We usually have a really good experience but was not the case these last two times! I will reconsider stopping in or bringing clients here next time. I had my two daughters with this time for fun but was sad we weren’t treated great.

Great hotel. The hotel is really lovely and is in a great location in downtown Nashville. While my stay at this hotel was for pleasure, it too would be a great place to stay should you have business at the convention center. I stayed at this hotel as I was in town for a concert and the location was perfect for such a visit. You can easily walk from the hotel to the Bridgestone Area in less than 10 minutes. If you are in town to enjoy the bar scene it is within walking distance to everything the city has to offer. The bed was comfortable and provided a great evenings rest. I really enjoyed the stay and would stay here once more.

Lovely hotel stay before the holidays get going. Thanks to Sinelle during the check in process and the offer of a suite upgrade. Meals have been well executed. The lounge for Elite members was well done. Just the break that was needed! I look forward to returning.
