Beautiful hotel. 10/10! The staff was very friendly from the moment I pulled up in my car. I liked the layout of my room and it was very clean. I usually am unsure of couches in a hotel room but this one was super comfy... I took a solid nap on it! They also give you water bottles every time housekeeping comes by. If you put a "do not disturb" sign on the door - you get a text from the Omni to see if you need a full housekeeping service or if you only need linens changed, just towels, etc. One Day I asked for just water bottles, no service and they were on it!! Also, when I get a beer from a lobby bar they gave me free water bottles there too. Okay, I know I'm all caught up in the water bottles but the hotel (Gaylord Texan) I stayed a few week prior for work...you practically had to pay to breathe. Hydration is really important to me and seems that is something the Omni values as well. Hydrated guests + happy guest. I would stay here again and again!

The staff are great and welcoming. My housekeeper was the best. Ask for Adow's floor if you can. She was awesome. The Uncle nearest coffee in the gift shop is a must to purchase. Divine cup of coffee, anytime of day. The breakfast was great as well in The Kitchen. Get the apple cider at the coffee shop, best cup of warmness.

I'm very disappointed in my stay at Omni Nashville. For about $450/night, I would expect a bit more attention to detail. I arrived and noticed that one of my beds had stains on the sheets. As it was already evening, I decided to sleep in the other bed and wait for housekeeping the following day. After a long day working -- I returned to my room to find it had not been cleaned (even though I requested daily housekeeping). The next day, as I was exploring Nashville, I requested housekeeping once more. When I came back, I noticed that the beds had been made, but the stains remained. Gross! The TV in the room did not work, there was a burnt out lightbulb, and the bathroom was dirty and dated. The worst offense of all was at Barlines when I ordered a water and found that a bottlecap was in the bottom of the glass. I have Celiac disease!! And any trace amount of gluten (from a beer) can make me sick. When it was pointed out to the bartender, he jokingly gave me another water saying "this time without the bottle cap", and walked away. No sorry, no remorse, no free drink or food to make up for the mistake?? I left the hotel feeling dirty and ill and bummed out that the experience wasn't better.

Madison W. at Bar Line was awesome. Great service and personality. Brussell sprout appetizer was amazing. Madison is absolutely fantastic. I came back here because of her. Food is great, and a great spot to watch football. I have nothing else to say but the waitress is awesome!!
