I visited the OMNI hotel in Nashville for business. If you don't want to be bothered this is the place to do business. No one will talk to you unless you ask, no one will give you directions or assist you If you are lost, and their is no one waiting on you if you need help, so I wouldn't go alone! On the other hand if you don't like being alone and looking for home away from home as I was this was not the hotel for me! I'm glad I was there with a huge group of people and one special worker who noticed I was alone and decided to speak to a stranger. Thank you to the lady who was in the hall way making her rounds, "Adow Shir" from South Sudan. You and you alone made my stay worth it! After our brief interaction in the hall way and our conversation, as you cleaned my room. You made me see that being alone is not so bad. I wish that I met more staff like you in the hotel who make people feel welcomed. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a fresh smell no complaints there. I would just rather be in a place that I feel welcomed and respected by the workers. I could go on and tell you that the food was over prices, but the buffet was absolutely amazing and worth every penny. Iron skillet pancakes were the best, grits, gravy and biscuit, fresh fruit was on point but threw the week there was only one buffet. You have to take the good with the bad! None of those items were on the regular menu (except for the biscuits & gravy)

For a luxury hotel, it is anything but luxurious. The housekeeping Staff is clearly short staffed. We requested daily room cleaning while staying there and we only received one cleaning during our stay. There was trash and room service disgardments in the hallways during our entire stay. The linens were ratty. Our blanket had a hole in it. The sheets did not properly fit the bed and the bath mat was torn and tattered. The food at Barlines for breakfast was not good and was not warm. As a preferred member we did not receive and perks for being such. We had to purchase water, snacks, coffee, etc. I would like to point out that there is a coffee maker in the room but because housekeeping did not show up we had no items to be able to make coffee after the first day. There are many other hotels at this price point and I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, large, nice plush (for a hotel) towels and good water pressure. Super comfy pillows, bed was ok, kind of lumpy, but not bad. Pretty lobby. Walked to Broadway, great location. Appreciated the free daily water bottles!!

We were attending a Christmas party at the Country Music Hall of Fame so we decided to stay at the Omni Nashville. It was a great decision. The hotel was wonderful and it was so easy to get to the CMHofF on what was a cold wet night in Nashville. I would highly recommend this hotel.
