Omni Nashville Hotel

We were attending a Christmas party at the Country Music Hall of Fame so we decided to stay at the Omni Nashville. It was a great decision. The hotel was wonderful and it was so easy to get to the CMHofF on what was a cold wet night in Nashville. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Love this Omni . Location is perfect in downtown . Service is always wonderful . Rasha was wonderful . Food at Kitchen Notes and Barliners was great . Best place to stay in Nashville .We love Nashville and this Omni . Highly recommend. We have stayed all over Nashville and always come back to this Omni!

The hotel is very nice, the staff are professional. The rooms were large, nicely appointed, free water bottles were appreciated, robes and extra blanket in the closet, towels were more plush than average, excellent water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Pillows were excellent! Blanket was warm enough, black out curtain kept out light (street sound was loud at night,) and there was plenty of storage space to unpack. Convenient walking distance to Broadway bars, and so many other places to visit and eat. Beautiful quiet library like sitting area off the lobby with the fireplace going. Downsides: the bed, while soft to my liking, was quite lumpy, with an obvious wear pattern where it sunk on the sides and the middle was so much higher I actually rolled to the side; the lighting was all yellow soft lights and it was hard to put on make-up and see in the mirrors, a brighter light in the bathroom would work well; and the conference rooms were absolutely FREEZING!!

We love this hotel and especially the Biscuit Bar! The fresh buttermilk biscuits and beautiful selection of jams are unforgettable. We have had Rasha as our server the last two times we have visited, she is extremely friendly and accommodating :)

Rashad was very nice and helpful. Very considerate and thoughtful to our needs. We have a great experience every time we come. We would recommend this place to family and friends. No better place to spend time with the ones you love and create memories for a lifetime.
