Omni Nashville Hotel

My husband and I have stayed here the past 9 years on Good Friday. We attend a concert at Bridgestone Arena and it is right out the side door. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The best breakfast buffet inside the hotel. Kitchen Note is amazing and a must. Even on such a busy weekend the valet is very prompt. We will see you next year!

Misleading reservation system. We paid for "GUARANTEED CONNECTING ROOMS" and planned months in advance only to be told upon arrival that they gave away our connecting rooms. Our group was separated by three floors difference and we couldnt access the other floors without THEIR key card. Very misleading and disappointed by a luxury hotel to dishonor and guests like this. They tried to make it up to us by refunding us the fee and free breakfast but that is not going to prevent me from sharing this experience, this could have all been avoided if they would have honored our original request which was made and confirmed months ago.

Madison at the barline restaurant was a treat. Very sweet and attentive. Also, Heath at the hotel bar and Bryce at the front desk. I would recommend barline if you’re in Nashville. Food and drinks were amazing! Madison recommended the bees knees and it did not disappoint.

Stayed here for a short trip to visit Broadway for the music venues. Very classy place that starts when you pull up. Valets and service people were top notch. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of plug-in receptacles for all devices. Nashville is a happening place so emergency vehicles can be heard during the night at times. We were on the 18th floor.

We were there for work and truly enjoyed our time. The hotel is beautiful and spacious as well as being centrally located and the majority of our events and activities were within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. We hope to return soon.
