I recently stayed with my daughter for a one night getaway. We loved the Thompson suite and truly loved the bath tub! We booked via AMEX FHR and had ample food and beverage credits. I particularly enjoyed my espresso martini from LA Jackson and my Queen Bee latte from Killebrew Coffee. We walked to Pins Mechanical located about 0.5 miles away which is a great family friendly activity.

Wow! The staff, hospitality, room, dining and overall experience this past weekend at the Thompson Nashville was an absolute dream. Both my better-half and I are huge fans of the Thompson Brand and collectively stay in Hyatt properties in excess of 200 nights/year. The staff here made us feel welcome and appreciated from check-in throughout our entire stay(which we kept extending). We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to a corner Thompson Suite which was an unexpected and wonderful treat as the room was well designed with a living room area, large tub and wall to wall windows which allowed us to enjoy the snowfall. The vinyl in the room was such a nice touch and the selections(Seager, Church, Stapleton) provided a perfect soundtrack to our weekend. The front desk was always friendly, helpful and genuinely a joy to interact with. The coffee shop downstairs was exceptional and being able to charge back to the room was a great benefit. Plus, it was nice not having to go outside in the freezing cold in search of coffee to get a caffeine kick to start each day. Dinner at Marsh House was wonderful and the bar and bar staff made for a great atmosphere and experience. Breakfast was simply amazing and the menu is expansive and delicious. We tried everything from the burger(off the charts!) to chicken fried steak(I had no idea chicken fried steak could be so tender) to their omelette(which I had two days in a row as it was one of the best I've had anywhere). The property location can't be beat as there were plenty of great shops, bars and restaurants close by and we were close enough to the action but not surrounded by the chaos of being on/near Broadway. This is undoubtedly THE property for us to return to future trips to Nashville. Thank you for a perfect experience and the exceptional hospitality Thompson Nashville, we'll be back as soon as we can!

We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Nashville . The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, but public transportation(uber and Lyft) were readily available . Staff was well informed and were helpful throughout our stay . Special commendations to Kaveed at the front desk who assisted us with reservations for dinner at the Marsh restaurant ,he went above and beyond for us during our stay . The breakfast at Marsh restaurant in the lobby each morning was really good and so too was dinner . We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Nashville.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel of the warmth & charm of Nashville & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit. Special shoutout to front desk receptionist Kaveed who went above and beyond during our stay. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room and modern style of the hotel . We will definitely be back in warmer climate .

We have stayed at The Thompson Nashville numerous times before. This last trip was due to a family tragedy and they could not have been more accommodating. Let’s start with Kaweed; he was the most amazing front desk advisor that we have encountered in years. He was so helpful in getting us into a room immediately, due to the fact that we got there really early…….. he was discreet with all the paperwork we needed from medical examiners and funeral homes.. The whole front desk was so thoughtful and there was a concierge whose name I cannot remember, not the one with short curly hair, the other one.. lol…. She gave us chocolate and Cava and was so amazingly thoughtful in our time of grief. Amazing stay See you soon! Housekeeping could use a lot of work….. she never cleaned our toilets or the floors….we saw her numerous times sitting in the hallway on her phone….. we were there the dates of January 1st and left on January 5th….. Room 832 Thank you Monica and Alfred Yazbak
