Beautiful but Expensive Hotel with a Great Staff
The Thompson Nashville is a beautiful hotel. I was met by Diego out front. That was a great start to my stay. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I used a free night certificate and the Amex Fine Hotels credit on succeeding nights. The Thompson handled this seamlessly. The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Their food was outstanding. I highly recommend the Scottish Salmon, Mussels, and Chicken & Waffles. The room was beautiful and very functional. I also enjoyed the gym. My only negatives are the lack of a lounge, the cost of parking, and the location.

Amazing stay!
The room was clean and comfortable! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Kavid at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel, great amenities…
Convenient location to Broadway, museums, shops & restaurants. Beds weren’t very comfortable, which is why I rated this hotel a 4.

The Thompson is the perfect spot to land in Nashville. It is a first rate experience from the time you step out of your car until you leave. We have stayed there many times and will continue to be back.
