Robin, Chris, and Erica were amazing! Great staff. Food and drinks are top notch; get the blackened brie at commons club. There is also a rooftop restaurant/bar and speakeasy in the hotel. Lots of fun, novel events. Very pet friendly as well; they provide bowls and beds.

I arrived on New Year's Day. Staff were warm and friendly. There was festive holiday decor in the lobby and common areas and plenty of options to eat in-house. My room was clean, fresh-smelling, quiet and peaceful, and nicely decorated with a pretty view. Lots of great amenities available. The bed was incredibly comfy...perfect for getting over jet lag. I didn't eat in-house or do any sight-seeing in the area so can't comment on food or location...onlly that it suited my needs. Thank you and Happy New Year to the staff!

Nice hotel minor issue with the room was quickly resolved after check in . Staff were all spot on and eager to help with anything and generally v pleasant . Situated in the music row area it’s a good stretch in the legs to Broadway and about 15 mins to the gulch area on foot . There’s a good bar across the road - tailgate brewery bar and the bar in the library of the hotel was v nice to pass the evening in . The plus with this hotel was sleep quality was 10/10 the staff as mentioned were Brilliant. If you want to stumble back to your bed from Broadway maybe stay a bit nearer town that’s all .

Ryan is awesome! So helpful! He helped me with my first order from Door Dash. I needed help where to go for sightseeing. He helped me look up Old Town Trolley and circled all the locations on the map to go to! Showed me directions to the trolly and where the convince store is

We stayed in the Virgin Hotel Nashville as stop 4 of our honeymoon trip around the USA; as we booked with Virgin Holidays, we chose this hotel as we would not be charged a resort fee, and as the hotel looked modern and well placed. LOCATION Hotel is a little further out from the main areas but we found the walk to be pleasant and there are a lot of Lime scooters available; we felt safe in this area and found our way around easily. ROOM Upon getting to our room we noticed a buzzing sound, which we were unable to place. We spoke with reception who changed our room straight away. Both rooms were spacious and the one we ended up in was comfortable, with a nice view of the city. STAFF Staff were friendly and welcoming, helping us with our luggage and answering any questions we had. FOOD We booked on a Bed and Breakfast rate, and had expected at least a normal continental breakfast - however, you are entitled to $25pp per day to order from the coffee shop/somewhat of a restaurant - we each had a hot drink and pastry each morning - drinks and food were nice, but over priced. Upon check-out our $25 per day, per person had not been included, but reception sorted this straight away so that we were not charged. POOL The pool os on the roof and is quite small - it is also open to the public for a cost, which meant we never got to use it as it was so busy (and not open very late). We found this quite frustrating as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, yet we, as paying guests, could not use the pool. Overall, we would consider revisiting but this hotel.
