D’rell & jarius are exceptional. Thank yall for your patience and being so kind. Need more of yall! The valet was fast, and coffee shop/hotel is Nashville hotspot. I come here every other day for work meetings and each time I am so happy this places exists. Thank you to everyone!

This team was straight fire. Spencer, DJ, Iyaja, we’re all so friendly and helpful and did a great job with my car would recommend them to anyone. They took the time to ask me how my day was and opened my door and even remembered to ask about my sick dog I have told them about a few days earlier incredible

We had a wonderful stay (April 17-21). The rooms were spacious and very clean! The decor of the lobby, restaurants, and rooftop pool were all Instagram worthy 😁. I love that they are dog friendly too! We didn’t bring our dog on this trip, but we loved seeing the furry friends. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

This hotel was amazing! Highly recommend. The room was very spacious with a separate area for dressing and getting ready other than just the bathroom. The fridhe and bar in the room also fully stocked with snack, drinks etc for purchase. The rooftop pool was so fun. There are 3 different bars within the hotel and on Fri/Sat even live music in the speakeasy bar. The food was always really good too. I would recommend NOT staying here if you have a car though as it is $55 per night to park. We did have a few complaints that we want the hotel to know about. 1. The hotel states that the bars stay open until 11pm. The first night we get in and go to the bar in the main lounge and the bartender calls last call at 10:30 right when we sit down. Another couple came over and wanted 2 beers and she turned them away. It was only 10:35. They had just checked in. They could have easily had a beer in 25 minutes....not very welcoming..... 2. There is a service fee on the bill. If you see that know that it goes to the bartender/server as a tip! We did not find that out until the last day after tipping an additional 20% on each tab. Terrible that I had to ask and not one staff member said anything even while watching us give them 20% in cash tip. The bartender said they get the majority of the service charge. This may only be when you charge to your room because the bill that we did not charge to the room did not have a service charge. Be aware....... 3. Upon leaving the concierge asked us if we wanted him to store our luggage until we had to leave for the airport as we had another 2 hours before we had to leave after checkout. We said yes please. He then asked if we'd like him to call us a taxi/uber and what time. We told him 3pm and said thank you. The problem was that there was ZERO communication from the hotel concierge that we had to pay for that ride or just tip. We had 2 people and this Yukon XL pulls up. We get to the airport, hand the driver a nice tip and he looks at us upset and says this is it???? We asked him what was wrong? He told us the fare and we told him well we didn't know and neither he NOR the hotel told us what the fare would be. We would be happy to pay it just tell us. It was double the fare had we just got an Uber/Lyft ourselves. Concierge needs to let people know that we are responsible for the fare. We paid what was due but were made to feel like cheapskates because no one told us. Other than that the hotel was perfect location. 1 mile roughly from Broadway and 2 miles from Printers Ally! We will definitely stay here again only next time we will get our own uber back to the airport and not double tip on every bill! Despite these things we had a great stay and would stay here again!

I went to the Virgin and valeted and Peace took care of me. He was working alone but managed to get my car out front before i even showed up and he was so kind and outgoing — he best valet i have had in a long time! Shoutout Peace! I would come back to the Virgin just to park with Peace at valet!
