Greg is incredible
This place is great but what makes it the best is Greg who was is the best concierge workers I’ve ever encountered. He went above and beyond any expectations we could ever have. We plan to come back here every time in Nashville. The coffee shop on the first floor was how I started each day and then listened to some music in the bar to end each night.

Would never go back or recommend to friends
The whole place is style over substance. They treat whatever rolls from the street better than the hotel guests in the restaurant. Food wants to be elevated but it's average. Good luck getting room service. You are supposed to order from your tv but it doesn't work. Located in a rundown area and inconvenient to downtown. It's not an expensive hotel per se, but it is expensive for the value you get.

Great place.
The staff were very friendly, especially D’rell aka DJ. The food was fantastic as well. Great place and beautiful hotel. The hotel is unique but has the Nashville feel you are looking for. Very close to all of downtown and any spot you may look to explore.

Great Nashville experience...
We had a great experience for a business meeting at the Virgin Hotel Nashville! New clean rooms, comfortable bedding, fully stocked mini bar. The catering for the event for first class, very enjoyable meals and there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Awesome place
The hotel was awesome and the breakfast was a good price. Love how you can control everything through your tv and D’Rell was awesome and quick to get our car. I would highly recommend you staying here especially if you are an AMEX platinum member.
