Just wanted to compliment the valet team for their amazing service. Dion Haynes greeted me as soon as I pulled up and directed me to the nearest door to go in. I just walked in to grab a coffee at the barista parlor and those guys just made me feel welcomed I believe that's what service is about.

Our time at the W was truly amazing thanks to the incredible customer service provided by the staff. Their attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the cleanliness of the room to the quality of the facilities, really made a difference. I highly recommend the W to anyone looking for an exceptional hospitality experience. The Ambassador Derion Haynes stood out skillfully helping us with our luggage and providing great restaurant suggestions.

Derion was amazing. From the time our uber arrived, he grabbed luggage and pointed us in the right direction. During our stay I looked forward to his kindness and insight into experiencing the best of Nashville. He provided local insight into restaurants and points of interest.

My valet Derion greeted me at my car and immediately had a big smile on his face which was very welcoming. I really appreciated his service and kindness. This type of thing goes a long way when you arrive at a new hotel. Sure it’s his job but he was passionate about how he went about it.

I sincerely look forward to seeing Derion when I travel through Nashville! He’s not only giving the best service, but his knowledge of where to go and what to do and eat while we stay here are unmatched, and he hasn’t missed! We look forward to the next trip!
