What a great experience with every single staff member. So helpful. Mars and Victor were the best!!! They helped me find my DoorDash order after I dropped the wrong pin. They also provided great valet service. Thank you guys for the help! Fire!🔥

Mars, our valet was wonderful. Logan, at the front desk was delightful. The overall service was great, The facilities are immaculate and attractive. The room was beautiful! Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed are stay very much and will be back!

Derion Haynes was very helpful especially since my husband had wrist surgery and Derion did all the heavy lifting for us! Greatly appreciate him! Brayden in W Restaurant was welcoming and considerate in addressing my gluten allergy. Very caring and compassionate!

I wanted to share how much we enjoyed our stay at W Nashville. From the charming hotel and fantastic room to convenient location, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff, including Derion Haynes, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Derion recommended a wonderful breakfast spot for our last morning in Nashville, which was the perfect ending to our trip. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and excellent service. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

All around a great experience. This is my preferred place to stay in Nashville. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The rooms are fun and designed for comfort - love the shower. The lobby is buzzy. I don't like the drinks in the rooftop bar. However, aside from that - an all around great experience.
