First time at a W and I was impressed. Nareen at the front desk was wonderful and she made our stay seamless! She made us feel welcome and her customer service was top notch compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooftop had amazing views of the city and yummy drinks.

Derron Haynes- was great! Hotel was very nice. Excellent experience all the way around. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was perfect. Bar was very good experience. Will be back for another stay in the future. Very good location as well…..

Hotel was amazing, staff was amazing! Shout out to Derion who delivers high quality service! The hotel was super elegant and the rooms were quiet! I needed some help and the staff immediately stepped in to assist! I will be staying here again when I come to Nashville!

Derion Haynes was awesome. He offered suggestions on where to go to enjoy the city. It was my first time in Nashville and it was a blast. The showers were great and very clean hotel. I will definitely come back and visit. Worth the trip. Thanks Derion

After along rough drive from Houston, my first impression was with valet. Krystal? Wow, more like VAL-YAY! She was exceptionally warm & friendly as we pulled up and she knew we were from Texas like she was waiting for us!. she removed our luggage and chatted as she walked us to the front desk. Within that short walk, she already had me laughing and forgetting about my travel woes. Nice treat to be welcomed by another Texan. Brunch recomendation Milk n Honey was spot on. Her dinner recomedation The Restaurant was also good. Too bad she wont come back to Texas, I'll just have to come back to Nashville!
