Kyle T. @ check was great. Hé provided me with a ready room. He gave me options. Hé also explain mostly everything around the property. I must say that Grand Hyatt @ Bah Mar hired the right employée who cares for guest like me. I will définitely be back!

Most expensive food ever. Place is a rip-off.
To say this place is insanely overpriced is an understatement. With no reasonable options guests are forced to pay obscene food costs. 2 margaritas over $70, bagels for 2 over $60. There are no reasonable options, There is a fee for everything. $50 for a refrigerator in room, $70 for mini-golf. When inquiring about "swimming with pigs' hotel quoted us $500. The actual street cost was about $100, which the rest of world pays. Any option off resort is inconvenient and far. Everything has a line and crowds. Would never return.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience at Baha mar as always! Kristine at the preserve check in is wonderful! She goes over the top to make you feel welcome and accommodates all your needs. She is truly the best and the main reason we continue to return to the hotel!

Heavy price to pay for subpar service
Other than the fact that they have a lot of on the spot amenities for kids, I definitely will not recommend this place. The price point for the room, is absurd, incredibly expensive for basic rooms and not all inclusive. The customer service was terrible, it’s almost like they don’t care. To get concierge or just regular room service on the phone was a struggle. The app they have for easy access is almost useless. All restaurants constantly show they’re fully booked but when you get to the restaurant they have availability. The food is way better and cheaper out of the resort than eating in the resort.
