Thanks so much to Harold Brown, who quickly solved a problem in the room and made the start of our vacation smooth!!! We also got an upgrade on arrival and everything has been great—looking forward to an amazing week with great weather and a beautiful place.

Grand Hyatt Bahamar is fantastic.
A fantastic place to take the family with so many options to keep entertained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many poos to choose from, the beach is right there and beautiful. The water park next door really adds to the experience. There are many good restaurateurs to choose from casual to gourmet. Wayde at checkout was especially helpful and friendly in getting us to the airport; in comfort.

Great place & Don is the best!
Don is the best!!!!!! Vacation was incredible- highly recommend! Great for a family vacation - the kids had a blast and can’t wait to come back. Casino was fun and the hotel staff were so helpful- can’t wait to come back next year for spring break!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We loved every minute. From the staff to the atmosphere and location. Everything was picture perfect. The property exceeded our expectations and was always clean. Interacting with the staff was delightful and they were always happy to help.

Traveler’s Tip for Taxi
I just wanted to give a shout out and big thanks to Don, who runs the valet / taxi service in the mornings. I needed to take a taxi to the Quality Value grocery store and Don told me it would be about $40 round trip including waiting. Don went out of his way to make sure that the taxi driver who took me did not try to charge a higher rate. He negotiated directly with the driver so I wouldn’t have to be worried about being taken advantage of. Very nice to see that kind of great level of service. Don is the best !
