Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

Hotel is beautiful but very big. Harold Brown was very helpful when we had a power issue in our room. He came super quick and resolved the issue right away. Food is pricey but there’s lots of variety for picky eaters. Costa in the rosewood was beautiful and delicious.

Tyesha at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. this is a great place. i would come back again very was great and resort is amazing. april is a great time to go and there is plenty for the family to do and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

If you want a Vegas experience - with poor food, LONG lines for everything even getting on the elevatorys, long walks to everything, a terrible tiny gym/fitness center (its a joke how small this is), a breakfast buffet (free for Globalists) that is the definition of a cheap buffet, and not so great customer service - then go here. Sounds like a fun family vacation right? Think again, avoid at all costs. Look, the water park is fabulous kids loved it and granted we did go during easter week so it was busy, but this place is always busy and you should expect a similar experience all the time. I am top tier with Hyatt (Globalist) and I would never spend my points or my time at this place again, definitely not worth it and not relaxing! If you can afford it, and really want to go to Baha Mar, go to the Rosewood, which is a pretty different much more chill experience. The Grand Hyatt might as well be a cheap Vegas hotel. Also, the West building of the hotel is DATED, avoid staying here ask for the East.

Beautiful resort though definitely pricey. We reserved the cabanas at the Reflections Pool and Samantha took care of us. She was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive, social, and showed that she valued what she did and provided excellent service!

This was our first time to the resort after hearing so many other people come here and enjoy it. We have been here for four days so far and overall the food as well as drinks and pools are amazing! That being said, you can definitely tell that some people enjoy their job more than others, which is important in the service industry. As I’m sure everyone will agree, this resort is like all others and is very expensive, but worth every penny. As an anniversary present to ourselves, we decided to splurge on a private cabana at the “reflections“ pool. Our server, Samantha, was amazing! She clearly cares about the people that she’s helping enjoy time off while they’re away from home and was very attentive and super nice. Overall, we would recommend this resort to anyone who wants a great beach vacation!
