This is our second time visiting during the Art and Culinary Festival and it did not disappoint. Again. Everyone here was friendly and super nice, and made our stay that much better. The grounds are very well kept and clean. The bartenders are fun and friendly. The food was pretty good too. The Jazz Bar at night was a good time, so was the rooftop bar at SLS. We look forward to going again next year.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. The resort property is very large and has 3 different hotels with many pools of different sizes and shapes. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt. In addition to the many pools there is a large water park with many different water slides as well as additional pools and slides, a wave pool and water areas designed for younger children. So you don’t lose a room key or have a key with your room number on it to lose they issue you a wrist band for access to the room and park. Picture below. There are designated areas for a flamingo exhibit, an exhibit for land tortoises, and aviary with several colorful small birds that you can feed for an extra cost, and an interactive pool with nurse sharks and rays where you can take the kids for an additional cost and marine education. The room was very nice, clean and basic with 2 chairs on a balcony overlooking the water. There is room service (didn’t use) and several restaurants that are quite pricey. There are also many very high end shops with watches, bags, and jewelry. The casino is nice and refreshing that it is nonsmoking like the rest of the property. The slots seem a little tighter as they are not under US regulations and the blackjack tables have different payouts whether you are in the west or east tower of the Grand Hyatt. The West Tower has 6 to 5 payouts and a 3 minute walk to the East Tower casino gives you a better 3 to 2 payout for blackjack. For the customers, the odds are better for blackjack on the east tower side. The entire property is kept up immaculately and is really beautiful lush and green. The pools are mixed in with the landscape so no pool has hundreds of chairs on a monster deck like a place in Las Vegas. The staff in every department was very nice and friendly and courteous and seemed like they enjoyed working there. This included everyone from check in, housekeeping, janitorial throughout the property, landscaping and convention staff. I was very impressed with the positive attitude by employees at every level. I would primarily recommend this property for families with kids as there is a large amount things to,do and of course there is the beach where you can swim, snorkel and do other water sports (that are not part of property but available). The jet ski or parasailing and sports ask for cash (USD). We ate one night at the Mexican restaurant at Rosewood on the property. The food was good but 3 chicken tacos were $37 and the regular water was not good so we had to order bottled water which was another $12.

This is now probably my favorite resort! We have stayed at Atlantis & Margaritaville, and we enjoyed them, but we decided to give Baha Mar a try, and we’re so thankful we did! My teenagers had a blast. Be ready to pay exorbitant food prices. That comes with the territory. We typically like to venture out to the authentic local & less expensive dining options (Fish Fry is always a must in Nassau) & we did some of that, but Baha Mar’s restaurants (and there are MANY options) were absolutely on point. A lot of resort restaurants can be unjustifiably pricy for mediocre food. This was not the case here. Everything was delicious with wonderful dining experiences. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

Very nice grounds and pool areas! The beach was also very relaxing. Check in was easy, thanks to Kyle Taylor at the front desk! Kyle was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Enjoyed the restaurants! and the staff was amazing! Recommend for both couples and families!
