Can not recommend
The bed was terrible uncomfortable, the sink was stopped up and the toilet seat was crooked. Horrible service! I did not appreciate the box of sex toys you could purchase in the room. This is a party hotel for a very specific type of people of which we are not. There are surveillance cameras all over the property. I found out later this hotel is China owned and I understand now why all the cameras.

One star is generous
Shocked that I do not see any reviews tegsrding the pool chairs! If you are a hotel guest and want a cushioned lounge chair with a beautiful view of the pool, you pay extra. If you want a cheap plastic lounge chair looking at other peoples heads, it’s included. The bathroom at the SLS is a joke- a see through glass door where the toilet is- a shower the size of a shower on a cruise ship, no body lotion, no shower cap, nothing. Carpets in hallway and common areas are filthy. Will not return.

Lisa at Cleo was awesome!
We went to dinner at Cleo and the service was not very good… and then LISA came to our table and everything improved!!! She was smiling, helpful and went out of her way to make our dinner a wonderful experience and since we live in the island we will be back

Best server , best experience ever . Ask for myriaim at umami burger
My family and I stayed in cabana 44 opposite Umami Burger , our server myriaim was on of the best to make our day worth a wild , she was full of life and met our expectations. I’ll be glad to book . She was indeed down to earth and full of life . See you soon

“Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was wonderful, and the people were so welcoming. Della, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She treated us with such warmth and attention, making our entire trip truly special. Every moment felt relaxed and stress-free, and our drinks were just perfect every time. Can’t wait to come back!”
