Awesome lunch
Fabulous cocktails and service. Gavano was fabulous and had a great suggestions. The dry rub wings hit the spot! The pizza looked fabulous as well. The bar area is very well shaded and provides a lovely view of the water during lunch. It is obvious the staff cares about the quality of service

A money grab experience
This hotels finds a way to up charge you for every little thing. Everywhere you go you feel like you’re paying more and more on top of the already expensive prices to stay here. In return you aren’t even getting that “luxury” experience. Rooms were not cleaned well at all, paint chipped all over the walls of the resort, lounge chairs were dirty, carpets were stained, most waitstaff were not catering unless you left a big tip. However, dinner restaurants were good and pools/beach were nice. Overall OK experience, but would not come back.

Can not recommend
The bed was terrible uncomfortable, the sink was stopped up and the toilet seat was crooked. Horrible service! I did not appreciate the box of sex toys you could purchase in the room. This is a party hotel for a very specific type of people of which we are not. There are surveillance cameras all over the property. I found out later this hotel is China owned and I understand now why all the cameras.

One star is generous
Shocked that I do not see any reviews tegsrding the pool chairs! If you are a hotel guest and want a cushioned lounge chair with a beautiful view of the pool, you pay extra. If you want a cheap plastic lounge chair looking at other peoples heads, it’s included. The bathroom at the SLS is a joke- a see through glass door where the toilet is- a shower the size of a shower on a cruise ship, no body lotion, no shower cap, nothing. Carpets in hallway and common areas are filthy. Will not return.

Lisa at Cleo was awesome!
We went to dinner at Cleo and the service was not very good… and then LISA came to our table and everything improved!!! She was smiling, helpful and went out of her way to make our dinner a wonderful experience and since we live in the island we will be back
