Natai Beach Resort & Spa, Phang-Nga

The resort was relaxing, beautiful, peaceful and serene, however it was the staff the made it a truly memorable experience. Private pool worth it!! Thank you ขอบคุณ to all but especially Devi, Hadi and Isha!!! Food was delicious too!! Highly recommended!

We had the most incredible stay here - it was the best location for us as it was slightly out of the city, the beaches were secluded, and there were lots of fun things to only a short drive away. We had the all-inclusive package and stayed in one of the pool villa rooms. As mentioned in other reviews the rooms and facilities were a little dated HOWEVER for the incredible inclusions that we had for the price that we paid this was easily overlooked and everything was very clean. The food was beautiful and the cocktails were amazing! Lots of variety and plenty of mocktail options for us pregnant mummas out there! Now to get to the most important part of this review - the INCREDIBLE staff!!!! Our trip was absolutely made by the wonderful staff at Natai, in particular Hadi, Devi, Isha and Wish - they truly took care of us, got to know us, and were so caring to our little 2 year old girl! We cannot thank them enough for everything and would recommend Natai to absolutely anyone who asked because of them and their dedication to making it the best stay possible. Thank you SO much guys!!!

Absolutely amazing! Location was wonderful and staff were so so lovely, Hadi and devy were two members of staff that made our stay so memorable, but every single member of staff was remarkable. I cannot wait to go back eventually! Pool was wonderful, food was yummy (with massive servings). Drivers located nearby and trip-booking from reception.

Our suite was roomy and very comfortable with views over the pool and beach to the ocean. We could see that the overall facilities were in the process of being refurbished. The pool and grounds were lovely. The welcome and continued service we received was great. Food options were varied and good with very generous portions. What made our stay outstanding was the staff. Reception, housekeeping, grounds, restaurant and bar staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. A special mention to Isha and Devi for their amazing service and hospitality. They were so professional and are an asset and credit to the resort. We were also very impressed with Assistant Manager Kwann (sorry for misspelling) who was very attentive and interested in his guests. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend Natai to others.

Natai Beach was out chosen resort for our honeymoon and we can’t speak highly enough about our experience. A magnificent pool that is open 24/7, large open rooms and tremendous service from all staff. The beach is beautiful and adds to the overall tranquil experience of being in a quiet part of Thailand away from the busyness of Phuket. The Natai Beach restaraunt had wonderful food and the staff are the friendliest and kindest bunch of people. The gym is airconditioned and was nice to have to train in whilst away. We recommend this to anyone else thinking about staying here for their honeymoon. We absolutely loved it - Scott & Katie
