Best hotel for the money if you want to relax

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

The hotel is located very remotely next to the ocean. You have two places to get massage and two basic restaurants close to the hotel but otherwise it is basically nothing, which we really liked! It is never a problem to get a sunbed, and a lot of trees are giving you shadow They provide several activities free of charge The pool is quite big considering the limited size of the hotel The staff were very friendly and always tried to help out Very clean beach and ocean The condition of the room is acceptable but it does not look brand new

Avoid if you can

Check-In Process - Quick but there is very unwelcoming face at the reception which I tried to ignore but this woman named “Jenny” made sure that that she transmits her frustration and spoil your experience. I tried to ignore thinking that she had a bad day but the next day she had the same unwelcoming frown on her face. Rooms - I booked a beach house and by no standards on this earth, it was a 5 or 4 star room. The sofa had holes in it. The room also was unwelcoming as the woman sitting at the reception. Food - Food quality was ok. - Staff was very friendly but most of them were trainees trying their best to give you the best they could. - In-room dining was very prompt Beach Quality and Access - Very good and beautiful beach and probably that is the highlight of the stay Pool & Other Services - Quite good Conclusion a) Book this resort for its beach quality and access. Prefer Deluxe rooms over beach rooms b) Avoid this resort for its poor beach rooms quality and sub-par service

Amazing staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on the luxury escape deal with my husband and 3 daughters. The hotel doesn’t compare well to other 5 stars hotels as fell short with their outdated furniture, really bad internet, no luxury beddings, lots of mosquitos etc. Having said that we absolutely loved our stay which was made possible by the incredible staff here. Sonia the massage therapist was amazing, all the restaurant staff will go far and beyond to make us feel special and it’s hard to name individuals because all of them were amazing. We rented a car for the duration of our stay which was smart as the hotel is isolated. I’m sure the kids have nothing but good memories of our stay and will ask to come back here 💖🌸💐
