The imperial spa experience.
I absolutely love this spa and its wonderful staff! They always make you feel so welcome. Over the past few months that I’ve been visiting regularly, I have to give a special shoutout to Sree and Renu. Their warm smiles and genuine care truly make the experience relaxing and inviting.

Truly a 5 star experience
Often in our lives we give 5 star ratings. How often do we actually get a 5 star experience, unfortunately not often. The Imperial is truly a 5 star experience. From the check-in process, the friendly staff and the gorgeous hotel, this place is really impressive. A truly unique property where so much of recent Indian history has happened. Everything about this place is steeped in history and is in many ways impeccable. Whether it is a decor in the Spice Route restaurant or the delicious and decadent breakfast buffet. A must visit for any traveller.

A great hotel , with a unique charm and a great service . Extremely well located close to connaught place . A great pool side to relax at the end of a busy day . Bedrooms are just perfect . The bar is a great place to spend time in the evening and the breakfast buffet is impressive .

Such attention to detail!
I came a few days early to join a group. I was met at the International Terminal by Mursaleen. He assisted with baggage and made everything as smooth as possible! At The Imperial, Hari (sp?) and the housekeeping team were just wonderful! Such attention to detail! Breakfast buffet and the restaurant were beyond wonderful! Book a jacuzzi and massage if you have time. It is a beautiful experience. Kudos to Mursaleen . . . At the departure terminal he just happened to be there and helped us with check in procedures and security.

Exceptional! Everything from the minute you enter till you leave - leaves a mark. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, superior quality and the Imperial team is Brilliant, Attentive and Pleasant! All we asked for - was fulfilled. The hotel team even surprised us with flowers and cake for our celebrations. Its a stay - we wont forget. Special mention and thanks to: Damini and Uzma!
