GREAT & Supportive Service Staff was Great.....Staff Behaviour was very Good, Food quality and room was good. I was lost my bag but Mr Rampal was very supportive and he helped me to find my bag. Great Experience!! I will recommend this property.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Wonderful experience
Our stay at The Leela Ambiance was fantastic, thanks in no small part to the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at the reception to the efficient room service and the delightful dining experience at Dilli 32, every interaction was positive. We were particularly impressed by Mr. Pankaj, who was incredibly attentive and made our breakfast a memorable affair. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi.
