The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi

Spent three nights in New Delhi in late December. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with neat, clean and spacious rooms. Very nice buffet and a la carte meals at the restaurants. Very friendly and attentive service throughout but special mention to the exemplary service provided by Nitin and Audesh with luggage and greetings and from Pankaj during our meals. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would stay there again if we return to New Delhi.

​I returned to Leela’s East Delhi on December 29th, looking forward to a calm and relaxing two-night stay to end the year on a peaceful note. What unfolded was an experience that quite exceeded my expectations, thanks to the unwavering dedication of the remarkable individuals mentioned below. Mr. Gaurav Mehta, whom I had the distinct pleasure of meeting during check-in, stood out with his humble, kind, and soft-spoken demeanor. He set the tone for my stay by not only ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in experience but also contributing significantly to enhancing my overall experience, both directly and through the impeccable efforts of his staff. This was particularly evident on my final evening when I was heading to Cafe Knosh for dinner. As fate would have it, he was returning from there, and, noticing the rush and perhaps anticipating that securing a seat for the buffet might prove challenging, he thoughtfully turned back to come to my rescue. He went out of his way to ensure everything was flawless, leaving a lasting impression as I bid farewell to 2024. Another key figure in making my stay truly remarkable was Ms. Supriya Gupta. Our paths first crossed during a previous visit that, unfortunately, fell short of expectations due to various factors. Yet, even then, her unwavering dedication and sincere efforts to elevate my experience set her apart. These qualities, though subtle at the time, left a lasting impression and were the very reasons I chose to return. This time, with Supriya involved from the very beginning, I had faith that things would go smoothly—and they did. My stay was nothing short of flawless: no in-room concerns, no follow-ups—just pure relaxation and comfort. She went above and beyond her call of duty to ensure no details were overlooked. Her proactive attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence made me feel completely looked after without needing to ask for anything. While I've had others commit to the same level of excellence within Leela's and beyond, only a few truly deliver. Knowing that she was overseeing my stay gave me a sense of ease, especially after my past few experiences with the hotel. This had a significant impact on ensuring that my final days of 2024 were memorable. The hotel is incredibly fortunate to have her, and I genuinely believe that, with more managers and staff trained to match her level of care, commitment, execution, and professionalism, the experience would be consistently exceptional, not just for me but for all guests. Thank you, Supriya, for making my stay so special! On the culinary front, Chef Nandan Singh, along with Mahinder, amazed me with their exceptional Coriander Chicken Gravy. For years, I explored five-star establishments in search of this elusive dish, yet none captured its essence—until now. Not only did they recreate it, but I think they might have even made it better than I remembered. The flavors were perfectly balanced with a gentle coriander aroma, tender chicken, and a mildly seasoned gravy that was neither too overpowering nor bland. They truly outdid themselves, capturing that elusive taste I had been chasing for years. Their artistry transformed a humble dish into an unforgettable experience, and I’m sure many of my friends and colleagues will be visiting to try it. ​ Additionally, I briefly crossed paths with a few other kind and welcoming individuals, including Anuj and Vivek from Housekeeping and Srija, whom I met at the Royal Club. While I have undoubtedly forgotten a few names, everyone I interacted with this time was remarkably helpful and attentive. I eagerly look forward to an equally delightful, if not even more exceptional, experience on my next visit. Thank you all for making the final days of 2024 truly memorable!

Good place all services are good like food and drink. Very nit and clear place. Good place for stay. There all services are good as compared other. This is such a good place for stay with your friends and family. Go and take a experience.......

Nice place and staff was very helpful and supported person I am very impressed for this hotel and all staff so I want again and again visit at this place and also I am recommending my all circle and friends and staff kindly visit this place for holiday and any occasion
