Amazing service and lovely place. Our housekeeper sumit found our money hidden on the carpet and kindly placed it on the table for us. The pool is beautiful and the food was excellent. We loved the bedding and the bathroom. We will definitely be back and come again

One of the best bar I have ever visited "The Library Bar" and the drinks and the smartness of the server all were just amazing.... I would recommend once visit this bar and specially meet the cute server named Azim. He has such an amazing Smile which made us feel the true hospitality.He will definitely make your evening awesome with his drink and some amazing stories.my wife and I had few drinks. The most I loved the Solomon cocktail. I took Azim's Contact so that Whenever we will visit next time he will again make our evening fantastic with amazing Cocktails and Stories. God bless you . I absolutely love this hotel. Everybody is wonderful and nothing is too much to ask. Sahab is the floor manager and has looked after my every need. I will most definitely be coming back to The Leela next year and the only difference is that I will stay longer!

What a pleasant and beautiful stay. So good, that I stayed here for both the start and end of my trip in India because I had faith that Leela Palace, New Delhi would be the mos comfortable and reliable in India. The trip began with a seamless pickup after a very long set of flights. The pickup included a very comfortable car with seatbelts, a super driver in Kranthi (extremely friendly) and a seat which even gave a massage. Once arriving in the hotel, there was a traditional Aarti greeting with the hotel manager, Vivek ready to greet. Upon being shown to the room, I instantly felt relaxed knowing that any room in the hotel would be both relaxing as well as comfortable. Check in took place in the room and the room upgrade was genuinely appreciated. Breakfast, again was outstanding with a great choice of both Western and Indian options as well as many other items. Employees would constantly ensure that customers were enjoying their breakfast. One thing I loved about the hotel on the first stay was just relaxing on the sofas outside by the lawn to get some heat. Whilst doing this on day one, Mona, who I believe was a manager at the hotel had a lovely conversation whereby it instantly felt like you were talking to someone you’d known for years. The next day, she was around at breakfast time, and ensured that all was going well with the most pleasant genuine happiness. The lounge is always my favourite part of the hotel. It is so relaxing and this is where it is ahead of its competitors. Whilst competitors serve food, it’s at a chargeable inconvenience. The Leela Palace has got it perfect by not charging for food and drinks, thus ensuring that I, amongst many others will continue to come to the hotel, even if it’s just for the relaxing lounge. During the early part of the day, the pool was a lovely area to be in, whereby there is also seating available if you don’t wish to swim. Vikas was extremely kind, and respectful. He would come around to offer water and even have a conversation. By the next day, he brought over water as soon as I’d arrived without any prompts. This is where this hotel excels. Every member of staff is trained in hospitality and respect. Wherever I’d walk; employees would all greet you. For food, Jamavar was great and caters for westerners who wish to have food without chilli, and less spice. The Qube was my favourite part of the evening dining as there are so many options, both buffet wise and through the menu. On this occasion, Amit was extremely helpful, so good infact. He would ensure that when you went to the buffet and weee about to sit down, he’d hod, your plate from your hand so you didn’t drop it whilst sitting. He would also go the extra mile by offering to serve the food onto the plate, which although wasn’t necessary at all, was how good he was at his job. Unfortunately, time went quickly on the first part of the trip and after returning a couple of weeks later, I couldn’t wait to enjoy the experiences again. This time, Vivek was again present upon arrival, and he truly is the star of the hotel. His kindness and just making things happen made us trust that whilst he remains within the hotel, a customer will always want to come back. After another traditional greeting ceremony, I was shown the amazing room by an employee who I believe was named Arti (I may be wrong on this). She was very hospitable and even ensured a masala chai (my favourite drink in India) was sent to the room within a few minutes of check in. This was a very kind gesture and instantly reminded me that I’d made the correct choice picking The Leela Palace over its main competitor (trust me, The Leela Palace is better than anywhere in the city). Most of my experiences mirror the first stay earlier that month, and food again was amazing. On this occasion I was due to leave early for a flight back home and Vivek ensured that a breakfast was sent to the room in the very early hours. This was not a packed breakfast, but a cooked breakfast whereby I could pick what I wanted. This was so unexpected and he stayed in touch prior to ensure that the items I wanted were correct so that there were no mistakes. This was one of the best gestures, which I honestly couldn’t have imagined could have happened. It was clear that the hotel ensures the guests come first. I also enjoyed using the spa facilities prior to flying back, and it was definitely relaxing. The spa itself also has a steam room and a sauna. Upon checking out, it was sad to know that I’d be leaving as I enjoyed my time in the hotel on both occasions. I would honestly not change anything at the hotel, apart from one small thing. Personally, I in the outdoor seating sofa area, I would just move the big plant pots a bit more further away from the sofas if that was possible to ensure mosquitos don’t bite whilst relaxing on the sofa. But this is just a minor issue which doesn’t really affect the stay itself. Overall, the biggest gratitude is with Vivek himself, for being the outstanding star of the hotel. He made it one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and ensured that comfort comes first. From now, I feel that this will be my first choice hotel when booking. Everyone from the housekeeping team, who made sure enough water was provided to the management were outstanding.
