The Oberoi, New Delhi

I had a great experience here over 3 nights. Room service and housekeeping services were efficient and high standard. Rooms were spacious with excellent facilities. Easy transfers to and from airport. Reliable hotel security. All staff were only too happy to assist.

Next level service - far surpasses any of our expectations. Smiles and service impeccable ! Food off the charts - croissants better than anywhere in Paris 💝 greeted at 3 am arrival with tray of coffee teas fresh baked goods. Wonderful after long flight.

The hotel is centrally located. It’s the cleanest hotel in every sense. The AQI of the hotel premises is better than any other part of Delhi. The staff is helpful and courteous. The Manager Mr. Ajay will go out of the way to ensure that everything is taken care of. In the room everything is controlled by an iPad from room service, the lights, the curtains to the door. Even though I have feee stays on account of being a gold member with the Accor Group I stay at the Oberoi New Delhi. Once you stay here you wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

The ambiance at the hotel is warm, calm and welcoming.The service is superb, the attitude of the entire staff at the hotel is to make each and every guest feel relaxed and pampered, every request is met with a smile, The choice of restaurants is excellent, the roof top bar has breath taking views if the city!! The spa offers soothing treatments. The swimming pool is relaxing. The lifts operate very well indeed, one never has to wait! Having had the pleasure of staying at many top rated hotels in the world I can say without any doubt whatsoever that the Oberoi New Delhi is a truly great hotel to have on your list whist visiting New Delhi.

From arriving to leaving everyone at this hotel were friendly and welcoming,our room was spacious and modern. The restaurants were excellent with a number of options. The front desk were very efficient checking in and out, nothing was any trouble.
