Five star flagship hotel that lives up to its reputation
A luxury five star hotel surrounded by open green spaces in the heart of Delhi. The service, a hallmark of Oberoi properties, is amazing - both personal and efficient. Our rooms were very comfortable, with all the amenities you could require. We dined in the 360 restaurant and the food was delicious. A broad menu covering Western, Asian, Indian and local cuisine. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Sublime in every way
Everything about The Oberoi New Delhi is sublime—- the facility, the staff, the service, the restaurants… literally everything you could ever want in a luxury hotel, and more. Many hotels in India seem to emphasize quantity of service/servers over quality. The Oberoi in New Delhi gets it right. Sublime!!

Amazing hotel and service, but avoid restaurant for dinner
First class in every respect. We arrived in the very early hours, and were greeted warmly. Our room was ready and they knew we were tired so speeded up the check-in. The room was large, modern, spacious, well-designed and clean. Likewise with the large bathroom. Breakfast was not only sumptuous, but with an enormous choice of foods and drinks. The concierge (Albert) was unbelievably nice and so knowledgeable. Overall, the service was incredible and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. The only negative was that we had dinner in their 360 restaurant and the fish was not cooked properly. Despite their apologies, it ended up on the bill until I spotted that, and I would have thought that they would have done more than just take it off the bill.

Incredible hotel, incredible service
Our family arrived at 3am and we were warmly welcomed and checked in swiftly. Beautifully appointed rooms bathrooms and dressing rooms stocked with everything imaginable. All restaurants are top notch h and the staff take attentive to a whole new level. A very special thanks to Chandrani Chatterjee who helped our family with packed lunches for our day excursion. What a wonderful experience!

Well appointed and professional.
Very well appointed hotel with a friendly and professional staff. Quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, whether you wanted western or Indian food. The bar and its staff were wonderful. The grounds were nicely taken care of. Definitely going back.
