My gosh where do I start? The hotel from the outside and the reception area are beautiful… just do yourself a favour and don’t get in the lift! Very old rooms which smell so bad of damp! We moved rooms but it was just as bad. No ventilation and you can’t open the windows. The rooms need a total revamp, with ventilation installed. It’s extremely noisy also as it’s on a busy road. We were due to stay for 2 nights but we checked out at 8am after 1 night! Avoid at all costs ….

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It's way too expensive for what it offers. The place is noisy, the rooms are cheap, and the cleaning was never done properly. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and on top of that, there were hidden fees. Even the building itself feels unreliable. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs

Nicely apportioned hotel convienent to everywhere you want to be in NOLA. On top of that, the staff (Chris, Iris, and Lashonda) were simply the best! Great recommendations on where to eat and experience all that NOLA has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel during the Mardi Gras with exceptional service especially from Chris (very fitting stylish personality). Excellent location near Bourbon Street, the riverfront, and parades. Highly recommended hotel.

Great location -- quiet location but just cross Canal St and you're in the Quarter. The bed, the shower, and the AC all amazing, especially that AC. Friendly staff. We had a large corner room with six huge windows that really made our stay special b/c we could see the city. (Our room didn't have a coffeemaker or microwave; that didn't matter to us but might to other guests.)
