The Windsor Court

Wonderful hotel. Stayed here in early January (our second stay) for 2 nights. The holiday decorations were outstanding. Our suite was great! Very comfortable. Beds were great and had luxurious linens. Staff was extremely helpful. My daughter had potentially lost something in hotel and security and housekeeping went out of their way to assist us. Location was quiet but close to attractions. Would highly recommend and gladly stay there again if going to New Orleans.

The Windsor Court is without a doubt, our family's favorite hotel in New Orleans! As locals, we love visiting the hotel during the holidays when it's decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff is incredible and hotel is best a in class option for locals and tourists alike! If time permits, The Spa at The Windsor Court offers luxurious treatments for individuals and a romantic experience for couples. The Grill Room boasts authentic Creole Cuisine for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch, and Dinner. In the mood for a cocktail? Visit The Polo Lounge for a cocktail in a lively and luxurious atmosphere while taking in live music and delicious appetizers in one of New Orleans' most famous bars. The staff at The Windsor Court is truly what sets this hotel apart. The hospitality for which New Orleans is known, rings true in every aspect of service provided to guests. From the way you are greeted by the bellman to the receptionist ensuring your room selection is perfect and all your needs are met, they truly never miss the bar. We love this hotel and get excited each time we stay here to enjoy the wonders of The Big Easy!

My wife and I were in New Orleans for Valentines Day/Mardi Gras and decided to stay at the Windsor. Its proximity to the French Quarter and superior reviews were the deciding factors for us. We’ve been to New Orleans a handful of times and this by far has been the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. We stayed in a room that allowed us access to the Executive Lounge, which was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We interacted with dozens of employees and every single one of them were kind and polite. The restaurant and bar were both excellent. We were able to acquire two chairs in the Polo Lounge that afforded us a perfect view of the Krewe du Vieux as it went by. Our suite was nicely appointed and the two balconies looked out over the Mississippi. This place is great and is definitely a case of getting what you paid for.

The Windsor Court is the best place to stay in New Orleans! It's so conveniently located and still delivers on outstanding service, ambience and overall the experience always exceeds expectations. From the flowers and art pieces spread around the lobby and building, it's a beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. We love the adjoining suites to share with our kids. It is the perfect setup and the most spacious, comfortable room we have stayed in with a small family. Not to mention, my daughters love the ice cream and cookie service at night, and having afternoon tea at the Windsor Court has become a tradition for our family. Not to mention, the staff is exceptional, remembers their guests and always accommodating. Highly recommend staying here or stopping by for a drink at the bar when in New Orleans!!

Amazing stay at the Windsor Court. The hotel made Christmas extra special for my family. My little toddler loved the whole experience and kept asking to return to the hotel. Everything was top notch. We will for sure stay here again whenever in New Orleans.
