One of the most delightful hotels I have ever stayed at. Wonderful staff extremely helpful. Dinner on the first night was tasty and well advised. The Gentleman that helped us choose the wine and found one that we all enjoyed and complemented the food.

The Best Hotel EVER
from the greeting at the front door to loading the car for departure and every thing else was superior. We have Stayed at WC for years - only hotel in New Orleans where we will stay. Hosted family of 9 for Thanksgiving - WC was headquarters - Perfect- great rooms (we had three types) great service from staff - perfect location

Easily, the nicest hotel in the city of New Orleans. Rooms are very clean and very elegant. When greeted at the door by the nicest bellmen in the business, you immediately know this place has class. The French roast coffee in the morning and the yummy ol fashions in the evening add to the enchantment of this downtown palace.

Hotel employees impressed me
Great in room amenities, diptych cosmetics is perfect add on! Love all the staff I interact with- housekeeping, restaurant, front desk! All are very welcoming and accommodating! It’s rare in US to have such a great service. Rooms in my humble opinion need a bit of refurbishment but service covers this for sure!

The Windsor Court never disappoints! From the second you arrive at the front door the staff welcomes you warmly and wonderfully! The rooms are super clean and very comfortable and the Grill Room is superb. This is the best hotel to enjoy NOLA!
