AKA Times Square is Amazing. The Staff are the best we have encountered anywhere and make everything so smooth and easy. They have a Wonderful Knowledge of New York and the best things to see and do. Thank you for making our 2 week stay in New York memorable and we will be back. Special Mention to Elliott and Caesar and Kevin and Julio. Thank you for everything. Also, the Apartment is Superb, heaps of room and well priced.

An awesome place to stay at, great location with the best accommodation. The staff was always friendly but we have to give Kevin and his shift-mate (can’t remember his name sadly) a big shoutout for being awesome, up beat and super helpful. I would recommend and repeat myself

Excellent hotel. Contemporary furniture. Phenomenal staff and experience. My house in NY. Perfect for family and home office. Kevin is the soul of the hotel. Always pleasant. Tina and Cesar made the difference in our check in. Everything perfect everyday.

Aka Times Square was our NYC home for 10 nights over Halloween and we couldn’t rate it more highly. Fantastic location right beside Times Square but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Having a kitchen and lounge also meant with two kids in tow, we were able to have breakfast at home, the odd take out pizza and also relax over a movie when all the sights caught up with us. A big big shout out to Rell, Julio, Caesar and Tina who made us feel more like friends than guests every day

If you don’t mind having no natural light and having a small bathroom for a family of 5 then stay here. But if you want to have a normal bathroom and see the sun enter the room maybe you should consider going elsewhere. The positive is the full kitchen (barely used it) and the washing machine for the clothes Location is good

I was more than happy to find a pristine suite upon my late night arrival. I can't say enough about this property. The pool, gym, business center, breakfast in the morning and above all the friendliness of the staff made this the best experience traveling I have had traveling in my career!

Staying with AKA is always a pleasure. Among all amenities and services, coming from another country it is nice to have access to a large range of foreign TV channels. Most may not notice this but when English is not your native language these are the touches that make you feel at home.

Coming into the city for a night at time is easy when staying at AKA. No matter how late I may arrive, my suite is always ready and the front desk staff is always exceptional. They called a car service for me and even got me into my favorite restaurant.
