Aliz Hotel Times Square

Fantastic location. Walkable to so many attractions. Staff was polite, accommodating, and pleasant. Karen at the front desk was welcoming and helpful! Thank you. Staff at the small lobby bar were always smiling and offered drink suggestions. The rooftop bar had amazing cocktails and views…however didn’t quite feel the same level of hospitality there. Loved the Jonathan Adler toiletries! The smell was divine!

I needed a night away from everything and Aliz Hotel is becoming my favorite hotel in Manhattan to unwind and stay in. The bed is comfy, the place is quiet and oh the robe so fluffy, soft and comfortable. I would like to say Thank You to Karin, a GSA, who was very helpful, respectful and professional in checking me in. Thank You Aliz and I will definitely be back soon.

Pretty decent hotel, close to Times Square, train station, and many other attractions. The bar at the top has great views, and the restaurant is also good. Could easily get Uber and also could just walk around to nearby attractions. Staff is attentive. Our room had views of the Empire State Building and the Edge !!

Fantastic location. Super rooms. We had requested 2 rooms close to each other and on a high floor and got exactly what we looked for from a fantastic front desk manager service especially from Abraham Valbuena . 100% would recommend this hotel. Next time we plan another trip to New York will be staying here again.

I stayed here for a conference with a group of colleagues, including my CEO. We were really impressed with the service, particularly the bellboy, Zak, who was amazing. He anticipated every need including scheduling a really nice ride (cheaper than uber) to pick me up for the airport. He also was very accommodating when it came to leaving luggage at checkout, accessing luggage etc. The other highlight was the upstairs bar/restaurant @dearirving -the views, drinks, food and service were great, as was the fabulous hostess.
