Aliz Hotel Times Square

Aliz hotel was beautiful from the outside to the lobby. Easy check-in lovely staff the rooms are on the small side double bed smart TV wardrobe,draws & safe office desk and chair mini fridge with complimentary water complimentary shower supplies & coffee station. Not much space to place suitcases. Room was over all very modern. And house keeping was fantastic. I would agree with others that there is a waiting time on the elevator there is only 3. We did wait 10mins for one. When you check inn you get a $25 dollar chip for each room which can be spent anywhere in the hotel. The room views are spectacular ✨️ When we checked out the young man behind the desk orderd us a taxi and looked after our luggage. Nothing was a problem we have really enjoyed staying at the Aliz thank you 😊.

Me and my family had a great stay at aliz hotel no problems with the hotel in a good location etc etc everythink fine what my problem is on arrival we paid $390 with $240 being amenitys $150 deposit which i think bounced back to my card during the weeklong trip what id like to know is why was a further $240 took out of the card i was using on checkout when the gentleman on the front desk said all good just the doorcards then your all good so when i get home sees the card i used is -176 unaranged overdraft which is roughly $240 can i get an explanation off aliz hotel manager please it looks like ive payed 2x $240 i would appreciate a responce and possible refund or exsplain away ive emailed on hotel site no response as a said we all enjoyed the stay at aliz and would recommend the hotel to anyone but dont exspect to pay twice thanks to whom concerned daniel

Kind and nice personel, clean and nice rooms, nice skybar with a fantastic wiew, good value for the money, complimentary water och drinks, very central and near subways Lots of working TV-channels, prepared for storing luggage, easy check-in

Just home from an amazing week in NY staying at Aliz. I don’t have a bad word to say about this place. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Food was amazing. Never had an issue waiting for lifts as some people have stated. Views from rooftop bar are fantastic. Great location. Would definitely stay here again if we were lucky enough to come back. Thank you to everyone at Aliz for making our stay so enjoyable.

Don't hesitate people if you are looking for a hotel in New York. The Aliz is the place to go! Amazing location 15 mins from Times Sq, Subway a short walk away. Staff amazing. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Fluffy white towels daily, great comfy bed , pillows and bed linen spotless. Bathroom supplied mini shampoo, conditioner & S-Gel. Coffee pods were great to have daily / 2 bottles of water daily. Safe in drawer for your valuables. The token for drinks was a fab treat. I'll 10000% be back Aliz. KUDOS TO ALL THE STAFF! you were all so welcoming and friendly. Thank you! Oops almost forgot to say the hotel was busy and we had ZERO problems waiting for the lift ( as seen in past posts ) we were on the 22nd.
