Arlo NoMad

The stay in the Arlo noMad has a Great view and very comfortable rooms and the gentlemen Carlos was great in checking us in very friendly and welcoming the vibes at the restaurant and bar was amazing as well had a great time staying here love it.

Keelan was the best. It was dressing outside and I asked him to take picture outside for Me. He did it with no hesitation. Very accommodating and sweet. Very attentive and helpful when needed. He was very prompt and polite with his communication.

Great stay, but I’m really writing this review to shoutout Anthony at the front desk! He was amazing, there was a system error with us checking out and our billing process! He was great, loved to see this kind of hospitality! Anthony was honestly the best!! Also the lounge upstairs was so cool!

This hotel was amazing! I started with a few hiccups, but with assistance from Carlos and Jade, my stay was amazing! Jade also went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my entire stay! The view was breathtaking, and even though the room is on the smaller side, it is very well kept and clean. Great water pressure, and it was a great temperature, especially during this time of the year. I would definitely stay again at this hotel anytime I'm back in Manhattan.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at the Arlo Nomad for our 5-year wedding Anniversary. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. What we loved more than the room was the customer service from Bri, Moises, and Jez. They are spectacular at their jobs and went above and beyond. We did arrive to the hotel before check-in time, so we had to have our bags checked. Moises was very kind and stored our bags for us while we walked around SoHo. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived back to the hotel to find out that Moises personally took our bags to our room. We were on the 7th floor, so I know that was not easy. Especially with an elevator being out of service and our bags being heavy. Bri and Jez took it upon themselves to write a “Happy Anniversary” note and leave it in our room. We also received 2 free drink tickets, fortune cookies, and Macarons. Their actions meant a lot to my wife and I. They made us feel very welcome and special. They had the best music playlist playing in the lobby, and reflected with their actions and kindness just how amazing the Arlo Nomad is. During our stay we went in and out of the lobby several times. The lobby was very busy at times, but Bri, Moises, and Jez always had smiles on their faces. My wife and I will definitely stay at the Arlo Nomad in the future. While the hotel is very beautiful, the main reason we will stay again is because of the customer service of Bri, Moises, and Jez. I know the Arlo Nomad will continue to thrive and attract the patrons it does because of the fantastic customer service.
