Along with place where the hotel is there is more valuable part which is personnel of the hotel and hospitality which they share from the moment when you step in the Hotel. Long weekend in NYC for my sister's 75th birthday and the Bryant Park staff was wonderful. We had some special requests that were met enthusiastically. Jo Kinsella and all the front desk were welcoming and fun. Loved the rooms and breakfasts at the restaurant. We will be back.

We hosted a few VIPs for our company at the Bryant Park Hotel, and they were so wonderful to work with. It was a last minute group block booking, but they were able to accommodate us, and were very patient with us throughout the contracting and payment process. We would 100% recommend them for any corporate clients.

I am already planning my next stay at this wonderful hotel!! Well before we arrived at the hotel, we were already made to feel at home - with staff connecting about personal preferences, to ensure a smooth arrival. Upon our arrival we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles, and while we waited for our room (SO spacious and clean) we ate at the renowned Koi restaurant inside the hotel. Throughout our stay we were treated like family and you can tell the staff is like a big family as well. Kieran and Jo are absolute rockstars, and our trip was brighter because of them. The location of the hotel is perfect distance to walk away from the buzz of Times Square but still within a walking distance to all major Midtown sites. We stayed in a Bryant Park Suite which was really spacious, with a separate lounge, dining area and bedroom. The room is wonderfully appointed, very comfortable and feels recently renovated. It is modern, clean and everything works perfectly. Even though it is listed as a 4 Star hotel, the only thing they don't have is in-room dining, besides that, it's pretty much a 5 Star place. Koi hotel is fantastic as is Celon, their cocktail lounge. It is perfectly located, super central with plenty of eateries nearby. A special mention to Scott who is an absolute legend. He went out of his way to accommodate our every need and was such a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend The Bryant Park Hotel.
