‏A Disappointing Stay at Casa Cipriani New York ‏I stayed at Casa Cipriani in October 2024, booking my stay through Amex Centurion, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. ‏Room Issues: ‏Upon arrival, we did not receive the expected room upgrade. The room was full of dust, as shown in the attached video. The dust caused a severe allergic reaction, including a nosebleed, which kept me up all night. I had to personally clean the room to make it livable, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. ‏Technical Problems: ‏The TV in the room was non-functional, and despite five visits from the technician, the issue was never resolved. This constant disruption made it impossible to relax during my stay. ‏Spa Experience: ‏The spa treatment was a disaster. The noise level during the treatment was unbearable, resembling an industrial facility rather than a luxury retreat. It completely ruined the experience, and I would not recommend their spa services to anyone seeking relaxation. ‏Poor Compensation: ‏After reporting these issues to the hotel manager, I was offered a $500 credit against a bill totaling $4,125. This compensation does not reflect the extent of the inconvenience and discomfort I endured. I requested further resolution, but the manager has not responded to my emails, even after waiting over 30 days for a reply. ‏Conclusion: ‏The lack of responsiveness and inadequate resolution of my concerns have left me extremely disappointed with Casa Cipriani. Despite its reputation, the service and overall experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless and luxurious stay.

The hotel is magnificent. A highlight for me was the views from the club level, I could stare out over the water all day. The service was great and the rooms are gorgeous. I loved the care and attention from Carlo and Matteo upstairs in the club. I think the jazz room is incredible!

We had dinner with friends. We are not members yet. The yet has to wait 4 years given waiting list. The place is remarkable. It has two outdoor places a bar and a restaurant. The restaurant is just a showstopper. Unless you are on a private yacht heading towards the Brooklyn Bridge you will not have this view, this level of service and this level of food and vibe. The people are exceptional. So is the food. And it’s slightly in the expensive side but not much, Of course you must be with a member, so don’t get your hopes up otherwise. The rest of the place is exquisite too with bars and lounges, a pool coming on roof soon, gym, spa etc. Very well done.

As a frequent traveler I value excellent service and the staff at the lobby gives you just that. From the doorman to the front desk staff they are extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the quality of service ends. The service in the restaurant and bar area was very unprofessional, inattentive and just lousy. The food was absolutely horrendous. Completely disappointing. The noise level from the club is very loud, the ferry dock shares space with the hotel which was not really an issue for us but might bother some guests. The room needed some TLC and was in need of repairs in the bathroom and shower. Housekeeping was meticulously done and the amenities were stocked freshly twice a day. I wanted to try this hotel for the architectural style and design. I saw the design details but beyond that this place is seriously overrated and unfortunately I will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

Very novel hotel - good to stay somewhere different in New York. Great location for helicopter pad - sadly ours was cancelled due to weather. Rooftop Bar not yet open but bar on 5th had epic views. Hectic on Saturday night - hard to get a table - obviously very fashionable for the hip well to do if New York. Nice food in restaurant and very prompt service. Helpful staff. Gorgeous room with terrace.
