The Luxury Collection Hotel Midtown

Our visit was fantastic! The property was beautiful, and we received outstanding service from Jason in Guest Relations. He went above and beyond to coordinate a perfect stay for us. Every detail was handled seamlessly, making our experience truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Was told they would take 750 USD as deposit upon arrival. Fine. The next day they charged another 900 USD without notice. I settled the whole bill upon departure. They charged me again full stay after I left. They refuse to refund. Ignore my request.

Based on our September stay, we returned to this hotel. No regrets. Elevated experience and stay. Special thanks to Anne, Angel, David, Sied, Nickay, Chris and so many more. Our room was exceptional with a great view, luxuriously well appointed, top level amenities, impeccably clean, well-kept with upgraded furniture and accessories. Foremost, the spacious floor plan is unlike any other hotel that we had stayed at in NYC. Gym level is also spacious and well equipped. On top of all of the above is the prime location. My family and I had a wonderful two-night stay in November to attend a family wedding in New York. From arrival, despite the long queue at check-in, the service, elite status (Ambassador) recognition, and attention to detail were excellent. Julissa was warm and provided a flawless check-in experience. We had booked a standard 1-bedroom Suite and were upgraded to the Park View Suite that offered a nice view of Central Park and the Upper West Side. The Park View Suite had a separate sitting and living area, and adequate drawers and closet area. During our short stay, the entire hotel staff was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay in New York. The bathroom was not the largest at Luxury Collection hotels that we have stayed, but it was new and featured white marbles throughout, and had everything we needed for the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at The Luxury Collection Hotel in Manhattan Midtown. Thank you for making this a comfortable and special stay for us. We look forward to returning next time we visit New York.

My wife and I stayed here over the New Year period late Dec- early Jan 25. The hotel was fantastic. The rooms are very large and have everything you need. We stayed in a One Bedroom King Suite and I would highly recommend this room type. The location was prefect for us and close to Central Park although you could also walk to Times Square in about 10 mins. The bar staff were brilliant and the cocktails were amazing. We found the prices for eating/drinking in the hotel very expensive but that didn't matter as we ate and drank out most of the time. We booked this trip as part of a BA holidays package. Overall an excellent hotel with fantastic staff.
