Gild Hall, A Thompson Hotel

It was the perfect location to travel around Manhattan and friendly and professional staff made the stay wonderful. Felice has one of the best breakfast Ive had at the similar level of hotels. Although theres lots of construction going on around the block - it was easy enough maneuver around. Thank you so much!

Elizabeth Made My Day! I just checked in, and I already had to write a review because of how amazing my experience has been so far. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Elizabeth, and wow—she’s absolutely wonderful. I was having such a crummy day, but her energy completely turned it around. She’s one of those people who can make anyone’s day better, just by being herself. She was super friendly, full of energy, and really professional at the same time. She answered all my questions, gave me some great recommendations, and just made me feel so welcome. Oh, and here’s the kicker—they offer complimentary bottomless champagne from 5 to 11 (maybe even 4 to 11—I’ll double-check later). How cool is that?! Honestly, I’m so excited to explore the rest of the property because if it’s anything like the experience I’ve had so far, it’s going to be amazing. Huge shoutout to Elizabeth for being so awesome! The property is Really Classy, loving the vintage Vibes. Two Amazing restaurants on the property and they have bottomless Champagne For like 5 hours it’s insane. Highly recommended you won’t regret it.

The place is very nice and they serve complimentary Champaign and water bottles every day. The only thing is that the heater in the room can’t be set for more than 78 degrees .. and they charged wrong items for the mini bar and other snacks I didn’t consume ..so make sure you check your final bill after the check out !!!

The room was comfortable and clean. I very much liked the decor. The curtains are DARK! I slept late both days and I'm not mad about it. I slept great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was amazing; the food was great. When I booked through Amex I received a room credit I could use on room service and the meals were delicious.

Outstanding service, great property, was a return visit for us. Location is terrific. Staff is helpful, food in the restaurant is very good. Room is very comfortable and shower head is great. I highly recommend. This was our second visit and we will be back.
