The hotel director, Niles Harris, insured that our stay was memorable! His exceptional and caring personable interaction with our family was beyond expectations. What a delightful experience at Park Lane. The entire staff was so warm, friendly, and helpful. We will be back! Thank you, Mr. Niles and Park Lane!

Filthy place, i don't know how many decades they have not cleaned the carpets, they have not painted. The rooms look like they are since the 70s. Cheap dirty and horrible. The staff....rude and frustrated. The food...I threw it away...terrible experience. Oh, the bath towels are sticky and stinky, apparently they are washed with water only, without any soap. ?!?!?!?

We had a great stay as a couple at the Park Lane! We came to NYC for holiday festivities and the location is perfect for everything we wanted to see. Plus, it's right across the street from Central Park and the subway. We were able to check in early and got extra perks for using our Venture X card and that was definitely worth it!! They also held our luggage and car after check out which gave us more time to explore. The room and bed were comfy, but the bathroom was a bit small. We ate the 2nd floor restaurant, which was delicious but it did take a very long time to get our food. The breakfast is a very basic buffet and definitely not worth $75 (just eggs, bacon, potatoes, and pastries - includes mimosas/blood Mary's though). Thankfully, we had a breakfast credit. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location. Everything was within walking distance and the subway was close by as well! When I arrived, the lobby was beautiful and the holiday decorations put a smile on my face! The room was spacious and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Hotel is in a great location opposite the Plaza end of Central Park. The rooftop bar was great. Room service food not great. Found lots of hair round the shower plug it wouldn’t close! Park view room was amazing view but windows would block view with condensation as secondary glazed. Room a good size.
