In Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, a historic and revered structure has been transformed into what is now The High Line Hotel. The majestic cathedrals and manicured grounds of this coveted place make the hotel decidedly unique, and create a space that is both serene and stylish at once, all within the bustle of one of the world's biggest cities. From its Parisian-style courtyard entrance and beautiful gardens, to the centuries-old brick façades of the buildings, The High Line Hotel is remarkable in every way. Despite its ability to echo an era of years past, the hotel is thoroughly modern in its amenities and design, from the spacious guest rooms that are expertly furnished with antique pieces and art, to the Intelligentsia coffee bar and counter-less check-in via tablets. Rooms are designed with expertise and care, each outfitted with complimentary wireless Internet access, high definition television, plush bathrobes, and luxury bedding. Evoke the elegance of past time and place, all the while in a cutting-edge urban center, at The High Line Hotel.

Cute bespoke and historic hotel - great location, good sized rooms, coffee in the lobby, and loved the partnership with Chelsea Piers Fitness. Will have to come back in warm weather to enjoy bikes and the outdoor space!

We booked a prepaid room here and experienced a very unexpected family emergency. The two nights we booked were over $1,000 and even after explaining our unforeseen family emergency they would not reimburse our reservation. When initially letting them know about our challenges management did note that they would try to accommodate new dates however ultimately we could not make anything work due to our extreme situation. When we ultimately had to cancel there was not even an offer to compromise. It is very challenging that a venue of this nature is not even willing to compromise when a potential guest is faced with an incredible family emergency like we were. I would very much recommend staying away from this property. If the management has such a lack of care for its potential guests imagine how they treat their own venue, employees and guest.

Excellent, relaxing accommodations in an historic building. Day pass to the local gym made our stay even better!

I stay in NYC a lot. Good location, but rooms a poorly decorated and have loads of bric a brac that you would find in an unwanted auction! I had a loose curtain rail, non working side light and a flickering bathroom light - none were fixed during my 4 day stay despite highlighting twice. Place needs a lot of CapEx! Staff made very little effort & the facility fee is a joke considering there are none

I planned the stay as a birthday staycation with my boyfriend (we're both NYC residents). To keep it short: if you book Standard King room there is a risk you'll be put in rooms that are in the lobby in the cafe area next door to the public bathrooms and elevators. There will be a line to the bathrooms in front of your hotel door for majority of the day. The area is loud as it is a very busy cafe. The room is also on a sub-ground level, so out of your windows you'll see a brick wall. My recommendation is to go with one of the other room types, I didn't know that while booking, so had to upgrade the day of (paying a significantly higher price than what I signed up for)
