Amazing experience
The hotel room (we stayed in 615) was incredible, super comfy bed and great bathroom, i loved the bathtub. Also the service was great, the woman that was in charge of our room did an amazing job. Our trip to the US was better thanks to all of this. I will definitely recommend it!

Good hotel - good location
We have just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel at the end of a busy 2 week tour of southern US states. The hotel was comfortable and clean although floorboards incredibly noisy!! The location near Grand Central Station gave easy access to public transport although we pretty much walked everywhere with Times Square less than 15 minutes walk and One World Centre around a one hour walk away. All staff were friendly and helpful in providing help and assistance. Would look to stay here on future visits.

A phenomenal hotel in a perfect location!
We were grateful for the IHG rewards upgrade. Cant beat a NYC hotel room with an enormous bathroom that has a view of the Empire State Building and a wrap-around balcony off the bedroom. We appreciated the warm welcome extended by Melissa at the Front Desk. Every member of staff acknowledged us with a 'Good morning' or a 'Hello'. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Good location near grand central. Reasonably priced. The standard room is small. Perfect for a one night stay. 2 adults and 2 overnight bags. A longer stay would warrant a larger room. One must appreciate these ridiculous resort fees. $35. They have a gym though!

Wonderful
Booked this hotel on a whim to celebrate my birthday weekend and could not be happier! The king room with the couch had so much room, I didn’t even feel like I was in NYC. The location is everything! The entire staff was a delight from the second we walked in the door but I do have to shoutout our favorites Melanie, Yessenia and Julio. They were top notch l so lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. This hotel thrives because of employees like them. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, we appreciate you more than you know! We will be back and will stay here again!
