InterContinental Great hotel and service
Fantastic hotel and services Front Desk, Bell Staff, restaurant Bar and Housekeeping. We had 4 rooms and we all enjoyed our experience there. Great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Great views from the top rooms of Chrysler building and the city. We look forward to be back soon.

Wonderful anniversary trip
My wife and I came back to New York City and the Intercontinental to celebrate our anniversary here and had a wonderful trip— Sophy at the front desk in particular made us feel so welcome! The room we had was spectacular, and the location is perfect.

Comfortable room, good location, but skip room service
The Barclay is a lovely older hotel - the location is convenient with a Starbucks around the corner and many solid options for dining and shopping. I stayed here for 3 nights while in town for a conference. The room had traditional decor with a comfy bed and well appointed but small bathroom. I was upgraded to a corner room which had an abundance of natural light that I enjoyed. The service overall was excellent. The only negative was a cheese plate that I ordered from Room service - a very sparse plate with grapes that were not the best. However, I do recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Loved the location!
NYC in the winter was magical, and the Barclay was the best location for our adventure. Nice hotel and felt it was the perfect spot! Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel was clean. Good size bathroom and a good size closet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Amazing service
Amazing hotel , Victoria from front front desk showed us great hospitality. Very knowledgeable of the area and was very kind. Food and the bar area are superb also definitely check it out! I will definitely be coming back within a few months.
