The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue

The Langham was clean with large rooms but not much else. Much better facilities and staff at other hotels I've stayed. No need to return!

We stayed at the Langham on 5th Ave due to its convenient location and reasonable cost for a family of 4. We were pleasantly surprised by their attention to details including room amenities, welcome gift, turn-down services etc. All staff were professional and we felt it was money well-spent.

From the moment you arrived at The Langham you are welcomed home to your oasis in Manhattan. Non stop service and hospitality. The Club Lounge is best in class. And Ai Fiori restaurant is well deserving of its Michelin Star

We stayed at the Langham for the first time, and we will most certainly be back. We normally stay closer to the Park, and though my husband was initially weary of trying a hotel further downtown, the Langham will be where we stay going forward. Every aspect of our stay, from start to finish, was superb. Check-in was easy and efficient. Our room was spectacular and enormous by any standard, let alone NYC standards. Room service was delicious and had plenty of options for allergies. They gym is amongst the best we've ever seen in a NYC hotel. At every point, the employees also go above and beyond in creating a seamless experience. Even the doorman made us feel special by addressing us by our names every time we left and came back. We loved the Langham and look forward to returning again.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The moment I arrived I was taken care of and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean. I enjoyed the restaurant on site as well. 10/10 experience here.
