Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lotte. It was a pleasure working with Michael Frick at the reception desk. He was very knowledgeable of the area and made great recommendations to help make our trip even more memorable. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

This is my home away from home in NYC. Rebecca Villasenor is the ideal ambassador for the Lotte franchise and NYC. She genuinely cares about each guests and goes well out of her way to make each stay memorable. I have been staying the Lotte/NY Palace since I was a young boy and always enjoy seeing Rebecca’s smile every time I check in! The Bell Team is the best in the industry.

Repeat patron. This visit wasn’t up to my standards but the service was impeccable in trying to make it better. I just wish I’d gotten a response to the email I sent post-trip that detailed all housekeeping issues. The Gold Room and room service were fabulous as usual. From the doorman to reception desk employees to the bartenders - everyone is always personable and helpful.

In early December 2023, we had the opportunity to return to NYC and of course we would choose to stay at Lotte, our favorite hotel. However, by the time we tried to reserve a suite the hotel was already sold-out, but Clara and Michael were able to find us a suite at the Palace side. Even though we had always enjoyed the Towers during our previous stays, the palace signature suite did not disappoint. The rooms were just as comfortable and meticulously clean, we had a corner suite with gorgeous views, and the staff was superb. Michael and Clara arranged for early check-in which is important as we had young grandchildren staying with us, and I had requested through Clara ahead of time for a refrigerator and a roll-away, and they were all ready for us. The gifts of bottle of wine and fruit platter made us feel welcome and appreciated, another sign of attentiveness of Clara and Michael always showed to make our stay an enjoyable experience. The courtyard with their iconic Christmas tree, and the holiday decorations throughout the hotel were festive and beautiful. We even had pictures taken with the Rockettes at the hotel the morning we arrived. The kids also received a personalized gift from Santa! We had a most wonderful weekend to kick off the holidays. I have to say that our week in the towers at lotte palace was amazing. More than the hotel itself it was the staff. We were checked in by Rebecca Villasenor who was a gem the entire week. Went above and beyond and it felt as if were permanent residents. The reason we selected the hotel was my daughter wanted the gossip girl feel since the hotel was used in the filming and we got the personal tour with Maurice who was incredible all week long. Ani and Diego with concierge were very helpful. We will definitely be back!! Rooms are large and cozy. Antoinette with housekeeping was the best. My only recommendation would be to update the tvs to allow streaming and more comfy mattress.
