Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

My family took our 1st trip to NYC for the holidays and chose The Towers at Lotte NY Palace because of the location and wonderful reviews. It did not disappoint! In fact it exceeded our expectations! Our check in was smooth and our Towers Guest Service Agent, Norma, was so helpful and accommodating. Norma gave us an amazing upgrade without us even requesting it! I had originally booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. We were upgraded to the Penthouse Suite, which is a breathtaking 3 floor suite, complete with an elevator and the most incredible views! How did we get so lucky? Thank you so much Norma! I also want to give a shout-out to Jorgie who accompanied us to our room and gave us the tour, answering any question that we had. Another thank you to Julya and Melody for assisting me with making this trip extra special for my daughters! We had an all around wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again!

Excellent stay at the Towers at Lotte New York Palace. Convenient location and very attentive staff. Special thanks to Norma at the front desk and Diego from the concierge team for going the extra mile to help us. If you are looking for a luxurious escape in the heart of the city, this is a great option.

The hotel & staff was wonderful. Room service was great. Everyone was very helpful when we needed anything. The concierge-Christian Ribeiro was very nice & helpful in finding us reservations to delicious restaurants. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to New York.

I love everything from the hotel, but specially The concierges Kal and Dalmasi are amazing people, they helped me a lot with all my reservations and questions He also help me with directions, recommendations, they were kind and trying to help all the time

The Palace was great! The staff was great. My family of six came and went at different times and the hotel was so accommodating. I was with my daughters and granddaughters. The Concierge was particularly helpful. They took care of us before we even arrived. Drivers picked us up from various airports and times and took care of all our arrivals and departures. The Concierge Team was especially helpful with getting us around the city and restaurant reservations. A big shot out to Ani Bedrassion, Diego , DieChinigo, Isabella and Kal and Christian. They helped make our 6 days great.
