Great Location
Love the hotel location as it is situated near to the subway & next to the mall. I enjoy my morning run at Central Park which is located not far from the hotel & enjoying the mini sauna at level 36. We enjoyed the MOWOW experience that was arranged trough my stay.

4th Stay for family fun in NYC
Our 4th time staying at the MO. Vanessa went above and beyond for our family of 5. It is one thing for us to ask for something specific or have requests, but it is quite another to not ask for a single thing and yet have everything you could want. She thought of everything I am embarrassed to say, that I did not! From drinks and treats to snack on, to children's activity books and games, to IMPECCABLE service with a smile every, single, time. John at breakfast, the doormen, the staff at the gym, check-in, room service, and housekeeping - please send them our regards. Their service does not go unnoticed, and you sure know how to make someone feel special. The entire building is well kept, and it shows the pride you all have working there. This is why we will not stay anywhere else in NYC. In fact, we discussed staying at a MO when traveling elsewhere, how could we not? My husband and I tell not only our friends but our colleagues how amazing MO is. It can be what you what it to be, a romantic getaway, a family vacation, a work trip - you have it all. Exceptional suite with a view experience!
Amazing service and very attentive staff It was a problematic arrival but the guest relations team revert it in a very pleasant and exceptional stay. This is true hospitality in the luxury segment, as is expected in any Mandarin Oriental worldwide.

When I think of the Mandarin, I will think of Miles Gomez with a huge smile
Our experience at the Mandarin NY was BEYOND exceptional and that is because of Miles Gomez. I happen to be sensitive to scents, and when I told him I could not stay in the room we were initially given, he immediately responded and I felt heard. I could tell finding a new room was not going to be easy but he did. He was unbelievably kind and patient. What exceptional customer service. THANK YOU MILES for making our trip to New York extra special.
