Staff goes above and beyond to please. Beds are comfy cozy and bedding rich and delicious. Rooms spotless and large for NYC. The Turkish hot spa included in stay amazing. You must try this. Fitness center as well as indoor pool. The staff at the bar amazing. The Manager top. And gorgeous and friendly Mayerly. Everyone and everything above and beyond. My husband having open heart surgery and I stayed here for 3 nights. Such a stress reliever. I love this hotel and the staff! Such a great hotel with warm and generous staff! J, Ragoobir. 2/25

I've reviewed The Marmara before, relating what a great hotel this is, with terrific staff. I'd like to mention the restaurant staff as well: Tuba, Kubra and Belize are outstanding! This restaurant is a gem and the staff help to make it what it is! As usual, Angie, Mayerley, Junior and Floyd are great hotel staff members as well.

I found this gem of a hotel when looking for a place to stay with an indoor pool and close to my business meetings. I am a Marriott member and rarely stray from the brand, but I can say unequivocally, that this is my new hotel in NYC. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the doormen, front desk, pool attendants, and everyone I passed by - I was greeted with a smile and hello. As for my room - WOW! Definitely the largest room I have stayed in while in NYC and it even had a balcony which would have been great in warmer weather. The pool and Hammam (steam room) were such a treat and very well maintained. The lifeguard was about as wonderful as they come and I really enjoyed our conversations during my stay. The midtown location is great, too. I have never stayed in this area. It is close to Koreatown, Murray Hill, and Nomad. Less than a block to the subway, a TraderJoe's and lots of dining options. I ate at Masala King and it was excellent.

I love the hotel staff so much! Natalie, mario, marljely, coobra, sam and gabriel not only them and more i love the rooms and the hotel so much! Natalie, mario and gabriel treated us like family and i love them all so much the hotel the rooms everything is perfect please visit this hotel if ur staying in NYC. My experience at this hotel was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff, Mayerly, made me feel welcome with her warmth and professionalism. The room exceeded my expectations—immaculate, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool, steam room, were clean and well maintained. And they even had a lifeguard on duty. I highly recommend this hotel for all families, couples, any anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
