Loved The Mercer‼️ Stayed here during NY Fashion Week and loved it. The room was incredibly spacious. Loved the high ceilings. The mini bar is free (non alcoholic) and it gets refilled as soon as you return! They provide delicious fruit and delicious cookies from Lauderee. Spacious area for sitting with guests over. The restaurant is DELICIOUS!! You get access to equinox across the street. The location is ideal! Next to my favorite stores and my room was overlooking Miu Miu. Love that it’s a boutique hotel and not huge. The service is wonderful. Looking forward to coming back 💕

This is one of the best hotel in New York city. The welcoming was awesome, so joyful and very good manners. The staff are very well dress and helpful in any kind of ways . We rented the STUDIO, located on the second floor . The bedroom is stunning with private part from the bathroom to the bedroom. The bath tub, beautiful marble ,with relaxing light. Apparently we can be as much as 3 people's in this bath tub . Awesome...soften towels, a comfortable place to be . Downstairs they have a real restaurant with open kitchen, so you are able to see all the Chef's cooking. Rounded tables with candles lights. Romance is in the Air. !!! The food , exquisite...The particularity of the Mercer hotel, is soften lights everywhere, from the entrance, the elevator, the corridor to the Bar area .like a private secret place. well situated. Quiet area ,Deluxe shops around the hotel. This sophisticated hotel with is furniture, modern and contemporary. I'll Definitely recommend this very beautiful place to stay .Thank you for this wonderful experience. Sincerely Genevieve and CARL .

The Mercer hotel is underwhelming the minute you walk inside. The rooms are incredibly disappointing, the decor is bland, the metal door is dirty and the closet space nonexistent. Lackluster feel all around. The staff is very nice and we were not disgruntled. This is our honest opinion. The only thing I can say is: DO NOT STAY THERE.

What a disappointment. For the price, $1200++, we expected something luxurious. Instead, the rooms are just “ok”. A refurbished room is sparse, felt like IKEA, and just plain boring. The location is fine, but so are a lot of other hotels in NYC. There is nothing unique or special about this hotel. Don’t bother.

Stayed here a few times now it’s simply the best hotel in NY, never mind if you’re not a celebrity you will be looked after just the same. The rooms are immaculately clean, housekeeping are at the top of their game. There is absolutely nothing you could fault this hotel on. Superb staff all round. Well done the Mercer you have made my grandsons birthday the best. Thank you
