This is the third time that my wife and I have stayed at the Park Lane, and the first time since the comprehensive renovations of a couple of years ago. We are very, VERY impressed. The Park Lane has now entered the uppermost echelon of hotels in New York. We stayed in a junior suite facing the park and thought the room and the view were SPECTACULAR. The main-floor amenities are convenient and stylish and operated by gracious staff. The rooftop bar-restaurant Darling has its own sophistication — with commanding views in every direction, some open-air space, tasty food and drink and cheerful service. Everything at the Park Lane has been thoughtfully freshened, and with its unbeatable location bordering Central Park, it is now a top-tier hotel.

Had a fantastic time at the Park Lane. The rooftop bar has incredible views, the beds and pillows are comfy but I have to say it’s the staff that made the stay truly enjoyable. Front desk are helpful and friendly, grab and go staff personable and the doormen, especially Timothy Chancy who took care of our party greeting us, asking us about our days and helping us with the city transportation. Top notch people working there.

I have travelled here many times. Recently refurbished. Room, bed, pillow all just right. Elevator quicker than the last time. Lobby redone to include breakfast bar in morning, cocktail bar at night. Perfectly located across the street from Central Park . Rooms are moderately priced, given the excellent location. Coffee is too expensive.

We’ve been to NYC many times. We’ve stayed in various hotels in Midtown but have never had such a pleasant stay as we had at the Park Lane hotel. I was traveling with my husband and two kids (7 and 10). We got a room with two queen beds on the 41st floor. The view of the park from the room was outstanding. The room itself was huge by NYC standards and very well appointed, clean and comfortable. I had read reviews about the AC not working well and I was definitely concerned about that as it was calling for hot weather during our stay. It turned out to be fine. The AC worked well enough and we never felt too hot in the room. We asked for a fan just in case but we ended up using it only as white noise. Not that that was needed- the room was soooo quiet despite being right next to the elevators. We couldn’t hear our neighbours or any noise from outside. A rarity in NYC. The service was absolutely excellent- room service was prompt and food was great. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had (and we travel a lot and can be a little picky so that’s saying something). We will definitely choose this hotel next time we go back to NYC and would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent experience in general, I have been a frequent customer for at least 20 years. Américo Cruz is an excellent Guest Service Agent and the rooms are always very comfortable, very good room service. Reception, Concierge and Bell service always available
