Girls weekend
The Studio suite was perfect. The Room service was quick and delicious. The location was great for its restaurant locations. I have stayed in nice hotels and for NYC this was way above what I was expecting for a little weekend away. I can't wait to return

Avoid rooms on lower floors
This was my third stay at the Thomson Central Park. On arrival we were put into a room on the fifth floor. The noise from air-conditioning units outside the window was unbearable. The vibration could be felt when lying in bed and after a long flight I was unable to sleep. Thankfully we were moved to the ninth floor quickly by member of staff and the problem was rectified. Can’t fault Thomson staff for sorting this out so quickly but there needs to be some soundproofing done on lower floors so as to enable guests to actually be able to go to sleep.

Did not deliver what was expected
This Thompson hotel was nothing like the Thompson hotel that I stayed in while visiting Atlanta. This hotel is old, and out dated. The carpet in the room was dirty. The rooms were outdated especially the bathrooms( don’t let the online pics fool you. It did not meet basic expectations of Hyatt. I will not stay here again. I was expecting luxury for the price.

Great location and beautiful hotel
We had the best time in NYC and the Thompson Hotel was such a great location within the city. The staff was so kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much and we will be back!

Lovely environment!
Very nice personnel and the cleanest hotel that I had been! My room was hygienic and warm but some workers did a lot of noise and woke me up several times. I now NYC never sleep but I do love to rest my body, I hope they ends soon its job and the guests can sleep all knigth long.
