What a great stay! Welcoming, efficient, got it right every time no matter what it was - great with the details. David the bellman deserves a special shout-out - so kind and helpful - and conveys a sense of real security wrapped in hospitality. The hotel is somehow sleek and cozy at the same time right in the heart of NYC - how?? Impressive.

Overall, Pendry is very nice but, at the price point for a stay at Pendry, the nearby Hotel Equinox is a better value. Equinox has better upgrades, a better view from its rooms, the rooms there seem newer and more luxurious, and the costs are comparable. The quality of the in-room dining at Pendry was excellent, but that was the best feature of Pendry. The valet overcharged me for two nights; but only one night was refunded after I complained. Room charges for in-room dining weren’t properly explained and so I still feel overcharged for them. Even if the charges are accurate, I don’t have an adequate explanation so that has soured my experience at the end. Next time, I’ll stay at Equinox and just visit a Pendry restaurant for the food. Update: Dec 2024. After my TripAdvisor review, senior management at Pendry contacted me to apologize, thank me for my comments, and promised to re-review the folio. The re-review prompted an (overly) generous credit from the hotel. Once senior management got involved, the hotel certainly did their best to make things right after-the-fact. I’ll certainly give Pendry another chance.

I had an amazing stay at The Pendry and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience in the heart of Hudson Yards. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team gave me a warm welcome, making me feel instantly at home. The location is perfect, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. The gym is outstanding and equipped with brand-new Technogym equipment. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, this hotel delivers on every front. It’s truly a gem!

This is a review for a trip in Nov 2023. I feel I have to write a review even though it is late. The Pendury is quite simply the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It is the gold standard by which I now measure any hotel I visit. The room was stunning. The common spaces were all stunning. The service from outside the hotel to concierge to housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent and the setting provided a gentle start to the day. We also ate at Zou Zou’s. Incredible flavours. Huge congratulations to your team; you provide excellence in both the tangible and intangible aspects of hotelier culture.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed there to see a show at MSG, such a convenient location. Walked to Hudson yards for shopping and walked to MSG for the concert. When we left we could get right in the tunnel For an easy ride out of the city. Rooms were large and super clean. We had a great stay.
