Pendry Manhattan West

Wonderful staff, nice ambiance, comfortable beds/pillows, great restaurant on site, and walking distance from the train station. From the moment we walked in, it was a pleasant experience. It’s nice that they also have a coffee shop right next door! We’ll definitely be back!

Daniel and Murat took the best care of my friends and I on our girl’s trip! The whole staff was warm and welcoming & our room was gorgeous. From the heated floors in the shower to the stunning view, everything was perfect. You truly cannot choose a better location. Can’t wait to come back!

Took a girls trip to NYC and could not have picked a better hotel! We all arrived by train into Penn station and the hotel is a short easy walk from there. The staff at the hotel was so incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, clean and very functional. I personally loved all the details with the lighting, it created a very welcoming environment. Top to bottom our stay was perfect. I am a returning guest and will continue to do so!

We stayed at the Pendry for a week during New Years. The hotel is very clean and modern. We had 2 rooms and one of those was a suite and it was very spacious indeed. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Must shout out the maids. Everyday they did an exceptional job making up the rooms, giving extra water etc was never an issue. Hotel is also nice and peaceful, great when you want sleep. One lovely touch was the Umbrella’s! For guests on rainy days they have umbrellas you can take out for the day, so thoughtful. On a side note the hotel is very expensive - you obviously get what you pay for but dining was expensive also. One of our breakfasts for the 5 of us was $300 dollars one morning. Another factor to consider is it’s a little further out the tourist catchment than we would have preferred, approx 30mins on foot into the centre of Times Square but then again taxis / uber easily available. Overall happy stay and no complaints. T

Great hotel! The rooms are comfortable, efficiently-designed, and beautiful. Some specific highlights: - Storage, work area, plugs, and USB connections (USB-A) all just right - HVAC fast, responsive and effective - Location is convenient, a very short walk to Penn Station, the Highline, and anything in Hudson Yards, with a Starbucks and a Whole Foods right around the corner, and for those us driving in from out of state, the Lincoln Tunnel entrance is right across the street - We were only on the 8th floor but the room was consistently quiet - The Fitness Center is large, clean, well-equipped, and was rarely busy when I was there.
