Loved My Stay at Pendry Manhattan West!
Stayed for two nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel is gorgeous -- modern, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was incredible, beautifully designed, and the views were great. The location is perfect with tons of great spots nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay -- I would definitely come back!

Phenomenal from start to finish.
The best stay hands down in NYC. The staff was five stars from start to finish. They are wonderful people and extremely accommodating. The staff beamed with smiles, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous. Hotel was spotless, and the room was the best room we've ever stayed in. We've stayed at some of the nicest places in the city and this was without question the best. I'd would highly recommend.

Great service from Nicole and Murat
Nicole at the front desk went above and beyond she gave great restaurant recommendations and was always there with a welcoming smile !!and very interested in how your night was !! Murat Guest relationship manager wanted to ensure we were enjoying our 7 day stay and also checked in on us .. the door people always sent you off with good wishes and welcomed you back .. warmly.. Could only recommend the Pendry people make businesses and these people make a difference !

Fabulous Hotel!
I needed to be close to the Chelsea neighborhood and decided to book at the Pendry hotel. Loved my room. Modern, new and spacious, super sleek decor, fabulous amenities, immaculate, comfortable and more. Highly recommend and would try to stay at Pendry hotels in other cities based on how much I enjoyed this experience.
