Tribeca is the richest area in Manhattan, with shops and restaurants and the Roxy has an artistic link, providing a destination for the city's film and music scenesters via its weekly movie series, jazz club and artist. Every guest rooms meticulously designed feature custom furnishings, They came in warm brown, gold and burnt orange tones, with retro touches, nine-foot ceilings and high-end fixtures, all to a jewel-toned palette. The Roxy Lounge and Bar has a chic atmosphere that gets a big dose of luxe from its plush velvet and leather furnishings, seductive lighting, intimate layout and extensive menu that features sophisticated dishes for every palate. There’s no hotel spa, but guests have access to the Aire Ancient Baths, an upscale thermal therapy sanctuary on nearby Franklin Street.

Exceptional service from the minute we stepped through the door. Greeted by Zillah at reception, who poured us 2 glasses of Prosecco. Room was lovely- we couldn’t get the heat to work and Zillah sent an engineer up to the room within 5 minutes. This was a staycation - we come to the Roxy fairly often for the cinema and we’ve always loved the vibe, so decided to grab a room during the January lull and take advantage of the Whitney. We had dinner in the hotel - best caesar salad I’ve ever had. All around great stay.

Friendly staff (especially Zillah who made sure I had everything I needed), clean environment and so much to do in the hotel itself and the surrounding area. The room was thoughtfully designed with a built-in white noise system, beautifully designed and had a comfortable bed. Couldn’t be happier, excited to return!

If I were to rate the Roxy, I’d give it a 5/10. The welcoming of the hotel was nice but the loud music at night, the small room size, the non-functional chrome cast for the TV, and a random stranger entering my room. I wouldn’t ever stay there again or recommend the hotel to a friend. Do better!

Beautiful hotel. Nice bar downstairs with tons of entertainment in the hotel itself. Live music/performances in the jazz club. Cute cinema as well. Super clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great customer service. Nice neighborhood in New York.

The Tribeca Grand Hotel was a totally new experience for us, and yet the standard of quality was consistent with that to which we have become accustomed. The true differentiator of this hotel is the outstanding staff, particularly their attitudes. Time and again someone on staff, from the Bellman to the Concierge Desk, had a ready answer or suggestion that met our needs. The trip included some sightseeing, fine dining, and catching up with old friends - what a wonderful time.
