Park Avenue Royalton perfect for Business or pleasure. Home away from home!
The Royalton Park Avenue hotel is my favorite place to stay when I visit New York City for business or pleasure! Its location is perfect right in the center of Manhattan very close to Grand Central and access to all train lines to take you to whatever part of the city you want to go to. Also walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building, Flat iron,etc. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are huge, the food is delicious and the roof top pool is amazing. I highly recommend staying at The Park Avenue Royalton!

Royalton Park Avenue Hotel is the Perfect Place to Stay in NYC
This was our third stay at the Royalton Park Avenue Hotel in the last year, and we will definitely plan to stay there again. All staff have been helpful and friendly, and the hotel and rooms have been clean and neat. We really appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms here! The location is perfect for us as our son and his fiance live on E 33rd Street. We have eaten breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel which was very good as well.

Great place for a business traveler
This is one of the greatest hotels in New York. It’s just an amazing location, very comfortable and nice sized rooms. They have a great lounge area upstairs where you can have a little meeting or have a coffee in the morning. Overall, just a great place and amazing staff

Flawless Service and Spacious Luxury – My New NYC Go-To
An exceptional experience! This hotel offers the most spacious rooms you’ll find for the price in Manhattan. The room and view were stunning, but what truly stood out was the staff's flawless attention to detail. We combined a business trip with some personal downtime, and our invoicing required extra care for expense account purposes. They handled it seamlessly, breaking down the bill precisely as we needed. I’ve officially found my go-to hotel in NYC—no need to look elsewhere! Also, I was unaware of this, but Royalton is part of a network of boutique hotels called "I Prefer." Sign up for their rewards program. There are some incredible properties in their portfolio.

Exclusivity on a budget
The rooftop lounge and pool area make this hotel a luxury-on-a-budget spot. Swimming outside in a heated pool in January felt like a special perk. The adjoining lounge is light and airy — and has an exclusive feel. The rooms are immaculately kept. There is coffee upstairs in the lounge— a welcome touch!
