Christmas at the Lotte
The Lotte is absolutely beautiful, especially at Christmas! The staff is always so helpful and professional. We would especially like to shout out Clara and Rebecca in the Towers lobby for being absolutely exceptional! They were accommodating, thoughtful, friendly, and efficient! Looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful stay at the Palace. Great room, staff, food, drinks, decorations. Been staying here for 25 years and will keep coming back.

Holiday Stay
Had a wonderful time staying in the heart of the holiday sights in New York City. All the staff was friendly and accommodating despite the crowds they dealt with. Christian Ribeiro at the Concierge desk was incredibly helpful addressing all our requests. And all with a smile 😊

Not worth the money!
The hotel is showing its age and the services have declined substantially since we stay there last. No coffee in the rooms and breakfast is insanely expensive if you can even get a table. I realize Xmas in NYC is crazy but they do nothing to mitigate the crowds from filling up the lobby and making it impossible to get around. Beds and pillows are not the most comfortable. We stayed in the towers for more luxury but did not get our money’s worth. Zero amenities.
