Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

We had a wonderful experience at the Palace this week. We were visiting as a family for spring break and the St Patrick’s Day parade. We booked two rooms that adjoined for our family and both were beautiful, extremely clean, and with wonderful water pressure. Our kiddos enjoyed the nightly turndown service complete with chocolates that they said made them feel “extra fancy”. Anna Marie and Diego at the towers desk were incredibly kind, full of recommendations, accommodating, and treated us in a way that felt like the true luxury experience we were hoping for in staying at this hotel. Louis at the door remembered our children’s names and greeted them with smiles and thoughtful questions about their days. He made coming and going feel like an additional moment of joy and thrill for the kiddos we didn’t anticipate. All around wonderful stay from beginning to end. Thank you for all the special touches, Anna Marie, Diego, Louis, and the entire amazing staff.

Clara at the Tower reception desk was phenomenal and helped me check in with a smile. She also assisted with a late check-out. Overall, my experience was excellent. And, the room was fantastic with a view of the cathedral.

Clara at the front desk provided outstanding service. She was attentive to us throughout our entire stay and made sure all our needs were taken care of. People like Clara are what make a trip truly special. The location is excellent, especially if you’re looking to stay on the East Side. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, which made the overall experience even better.

My family and arrived a few nights ago and are sadly set to depart tomorrow. We have stayed a several different hotels throughout the city over the years. However, this is our first experience at the Towers at Lotte, and we have been thoroughly impressed. At check-in, we met Clara who took such great care of us. She went above and beyond to ensure that our room was terrific. The best part about the hotel and their hospitality was reinforced during our stay as we saw Clara and other team members during the whole stay, each day, who became a great part of the whole stay. They would continually ask if we were enjoying our time at the hotel and if there was anything they could do for us. It was very genuine. Our room and view of the city were outstanding - the best we’ve ever had. My family already can’t wait until our next trip to the city. One thing will already be settled for that trip, we will be staying at the Towers and will look forward to seeing Clara and the rest of the team.

Everything about our experience at The Towers at the Lotte New York Palace was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were spacious and beautiful with an amazing view towards St Patrick’s cathedral. Clara who checked us in was so kind and patient while our kids were running around the lobby. From there we had great encounters each morning with Anna Marie who was so sweet to our children and us while asking how our day was throughout our stay. Can’t wait to come back!!
