Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

We had a lovely stay at the Lotte Palace. Clara at the front desk was wonderful.

Location is perfect. Concierge was perfect. Front desk/check-in was perfect. Rebecca- Thank you for being so kind. Space- Beautiful Rooms need a refresher here at some point. But work well. Cleaning and turn down was fine too. Bars and restaurants are excellent. Spa was a huge miss. Steam barely runs, basically a waste of time. Dry Sauna isn't much better. This was a disappointment. It would be better to have them as not working rather than try to sell it as a benefit.

We absolutely love the hotel. Every amenity was perfect. Most importantly we loved our towers, guest service agent, Rebecca Villasenor she was so helpful and personable

There are many fine hotels in NYC. So why The Towers at Lotte New York Palace? Great location, beautiful views, clean rooms, and most importantly, a wonderful staff. We have been coming at least once a year for many years, and every visit is as good as the last. Room location is never guaranteed - we have always overlooked St Patrick's Cathedral - but on this visit, no west-facing rooms were available. Clara, at the Towers desk, took it upon herself to find us a new room after our first night - and we enjoyed it for the rest of our stay. (The photo is a view from our room). She exemplified the excellent service at The Towers.

The Concierge who helped us Kal Naim was of great help and sooo nice and patient. Was really nice to have him take care of us. And the lady who received us for check in in the evening was really soo welcoming and sweet.
