Great hotel with brilliant staff
Beautiful hotel, feels very luxurious and reception staff were very helpful - Clara quickly resolved our room not being ready on arrival and even ensured we had a room with a view of the cathedral! Would highly recommend

Amazing experience and fantastic staff
Fabulous hotel and location, with amazing staff! Clara at The Towers reception went above and beyond for us - when our room was running slightly late, she ensured we got a ‘ room with the view’ of the cathedrals. Clara also welcomed us by name every day of our stay too!

Very convenient
Best location for a tourist trip. Rooms are confortable but old Rate is vey high for the type of rooms Reception (Rebeca) did her very best to confort our stay
