Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Our first stay at Lotte New York Palace exceeded every expectation. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. Rebecca was one of the first people who made us feel genuinely welcome. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. She represents the very best of this remarkable hotel. We also loved stopping by Pomme Palais each morning. Andrew was always friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. Whether it was coffee, breakfast, or a quick snack before heading out, his cheerful service made a great start to each day. For a first visit to New York, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The combination of timeless elegance and outstanding staff made this an experience we’ll always remember, and we look forward to returning. Philip C

Always a lovely visit at the Palace, but Omar from the Bell Desk went out of his way to help my friend. Her suitcase arrived two days after her, and was soaking wet. Omar brought us a large rack, tons of hangers and a portable fan. Saved the day!

I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to share this experience. Check in experience was not good at all and we were tower guests. Long line and wait (only one person working). Check out was just as bad - we tried to checkout at the normal non towers desk but were told had to checkout at towers desk - for which we had to wait. Plus errors on the bill. Rooms were fine. Strange you have to make reservations for breakfast when you are a hotel towers guest - and the restaurant was fully booked (but we managed to get squeezed in). Overall given this is a 5 star hotel we expected a lot better especially checking in and out. We were going to stay here in September for the tennis but will now book somewhere else.

Great experience as always. Been our go-to hotel when in NYC for over 25yrs. Staff are all so nice and welcoming. Clara was particularly helpful this visit. 😊

The rooms in the Towers are beautifully simple yet elegant - and the staff — particularly Clara at the check-in desk — went out of her way to make sure our team was covered and cared for through several setbacks.
