Best place to stay in NYC
This was our 4th time staying at the hotel and it's always so beautiful, comfortable and accommodating! This year Clara at the hotel went above and beyond and made our stay absolutely unforgettable!

Towers at Lotte is amazing
My family spent 3 nights at the Towers just after New Years. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff is incredible (Clara at the front desk is phenomenal) and the location is unbeatable. We will be back!

Excellent customer service from Caroline
I would like to make sure Caroline at the front desk is commended for her service. Somehow our room was not what we reserved. She did everything possible to make it up for us. Very gracious and professional in a tough tricky situation. Even though we didn’t get our original room she made sure we were compensated and made the best out of it. Great Stay and Service.
Wonderful view and spacious room by NYC standards. The staff was excellent, especially Clara at the front desk of the tower. We will be back very soon!

Lotte is like home
We’ve been coming to the palace now consistently for 14 years. They never stop providing amazing service. Today we were welcomed by Clara. She was welcoming and professional. The palace has kept employees for years and they know you by name when you arrive. The hotel is an amazing location but all I can say is it feels like home every time we come. We frequent in New York 3 to 4 times per year with my family and we never stray from this hotel. They definitely take care of their customers.
