Amazing Concierge
We’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years and it’s a wonderful experience each time. Excellent service and the concierge is impeccable. Kal is so friendly and helpful. Always good recommendations and such kindness and go above and beyond to help!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lotte. It was a pleasure working with Michael Frick at the reception desk. He was very knowledgeable of the area and made great recommendations to help make our trip even more memorable. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Standing ovation to Rebecca Villasenor
This is my home away from home in NYC. Rebecca Villasenor is the ideal ambassador for the Lotte franchise and NYC. She genuinely cares about each guests and goes well out of her way to make each stay memorable. I have been staying the Lotte/NY Palace since I was a young boy and always enjoy seeing Rebecca’s smile every time I check in! The Bell Team is the best in the industry.

NYC girls wknd trip
Repeat patron. This visit wasn’t up to my standards but the service was impeccable in trying to make it better. I just wish I’d gotten a response to the email I sent post-trip that detailed all housekeeping issues. The Gold Room and room service were fabulous as usual. From the doorman to reception desk employees to the bartenders - everyone is always personable and helpful.
