Great experience
Our guest service agent’s name was Michael Frick. We can’t speak highly enough of him. He made our stay memorable. Thank you Michael. Location was a “10”. The value, atmosphere, and room cleanliness were five stars. We were high enough up in the hotel (38th floor) that city noise was never an issue. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing check in experience with Anna-Marie Reiber. She made sure we had a smooth and easy check in. She gave us great recommendations for places to go and see. Matthew the bell hop was also very helpful and pointed us in the direction of all the go to places in the area as well. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

The service was exceptional. From the very beginning, Anna-Maria checked us in and set the best mood for our stay. She was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be coming back for another stay, and she’s a huge reason why.

Clara at the front desk is the nicest person you will ever meet at any hotel. The Lotte is wonderful with its central location, beautiful bar and breakfast room, spacious spa and rooms with fantastic views. But what made this trip truly special was the service from everyone, but especially Clara. You will know what I mean when you come here.
