Great people at the Palace!
I had Clara check me into the Towers this evening. What a wonderful experience! She is a true professional…very happy , warm and welcoming. It’s because of people like her that keep me coming back every time I’m in NYC!!

Another fabulous stay at Lotte
We stay at Lotte Towers when we are in NYC. The rooms are luxurious, the breakfast and the small plates in the lounge are delicious and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Clara took care of our check-in on this trip and she is AMAZING! We got our Amex Platinum room upgrade, early check in and late checkout. Thank you!

Terrific Towers Weekend
We had a great long weekend in NYC at the New York Palace Towers. The service was top notch and the staff at the Towers desk was wonderful. Norma, Rebecca and Clara were so friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations, always had time to answer questions and were so thoughtful, even when they had multiple things going on. They make your stay worthwhile.
