We absolutely the service at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by super friendly staff- exceptional customer service especially from Lillian on reception. A major shout out to Ani on concierge - she helped us pick out exactly what to do last minute and make the most of our trip to NYC from Australia! Super professional and again, exceptional service!
