Only place I will ever stay in NYC
Accommodations and service at the Lotte Place Towers are Excellent . It’s the only place I would stay. Rebecca at reception never forgets and makes sure all your needs and then some are met! Beautiful place ( especially at Christmas) , Wonderful food , great location!!!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent Hotel
Beautiful Hotel with excellent service. Rebecca, the Towers Service Guest Agent, was especially helpful. The hotel is not inexpensive, but the location, service, and rooms make it well worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lotte New York Palace. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located.
