Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

My stay at The Towers Palace was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Any service request I had was handled quickly and efficiently, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Nichole, who was always just a text away and ready to help with any request. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly made a difference and gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. I highly recommend The Towers Palace to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, my stay at Lotte New York Palace was exceptional. The location is perfect, the hotel is elegant and luxurious, and my room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities made every moment feel special, and I truly felt like royalty staying in such a magnificent hotel. What made this stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible service. I would especially like to recognize Kal, Ani, Samir, and Medy. They consistently went above and beyond, both during my stay and even after I checked out, always treating me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and care. Every request was handled with warmth and a sincere desire to help. I have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced service at this level. Luxury properties can offer beautiful rooms and outstanding facilities, but people like Kal, Ani, Samir, and Medy are what truly set this hotel apart. They are the heart of the guest experience and the reason I will always remember my stay.

Our stay at the Towers Lotte New York Palace is nothing short of Amazing! Rebecca at the front desk set the tone for an unforgettable stay. She is very professional and sweet. Would always greet us every time we go in and out of the Towers Lobby. She would also ask if there is anything else we needed. Ani at the concierge desk is very helpful and Josh in the spa is very accommodating. Thank you Towers! We will be back and highly recommend your hotel.

We had a great room. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. The hotel gym was very nice and the summer bar with the World Cup games was fun. Melody and Anna Marie went out of their way to find us the best room in the Towers. We loved that we could walk to the Broadway shows and Central Park.

Recently stayed at the Lotte midtown and had a fantastic stay. Close to lots of stores and sights. Amazing and historical building with a killer view. Shout out to Mike at the front desk, super welcoming and accommodating.
