Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Anna-Marie was an outstanding Guest Service Rep. She took ownership of an issue I had and provided a 5-star customer service experience. She was kind, conversational and made me feel like I was home with family. I will surely return to the Lotte New York Palace!

Rebecca Villasensor was fantastic & so was Peter! She went above and beyond for us during our stay. We have stayed in new York from Scotland 3 times and stayed at Lottie every time. Rebecca and Peter were the best staff out of the whole hotel and they deserve a huge amount of praise! If you are ever staying at lottie make sure you ask for for Rebecca or Peter and they will look after all your needs! We are staying here again over Xmas for our honeymoon and very much look forward to our stay and seeing Rebecca and Peter again! See you soon guys! Love Ross and Beth!

I had my wedding at The Penthouse Suite this past weekend and it was an incredible experience. Tracy Hamilton, Director of Entertainment Sales, was the utmost professional event planner that took care of everything with a special customized touch. She made sure everything was perfect and I would definitely work with her and Lotte again on future events. Our guests were awed by the service and the food and beverage was excellent as well so I would highly recommend this venue for anyone considering an intimate rooftop wedding venue in NYC.

I booked a 2 Nights stay at the Lotte Towers in NYC back in June with my Family. it was by Far the best Hotel we ever stayed at. number 1!!! the oasis of luxury in the heart of NYC. Our room windows are surrounded by NYC Skyscrapers views. Right below our living room windows is the St.Patricks Cathedral church. Walking distance to all major tourist locations in NYC. We were impressed by its exceptional customer service and clean and spacious rooms. We had a once in a lifetime experienced during our stay because President Biden and his entourage also stayed at the Hotel. Im Glad The Hotel staff knows how to handle a presidential visitor. The Lotte towers had a luxurious and pleasant ambience that made our stay comfortable and also memorable. Our stay was pleasant and our experience was further enhanced by the courteous staff. Ms. Brenda was so nice and accommodating she took great care of us to ensure that we enjoyed our stay from the day of our arrival to the day of our departure. 5 star! Mr.George was the person flagged us infront of the hotel. He welcomed us, gave us a hand with our luggages, drove our vehicle to the parking garage, came back and gave us a tour inside the hotel lobby and restaurants. What!? Who does that? Sala’ The chauffeur drives like a dream. Many thanks to Ms.Brenda and her staff members. Looking forward to visiting them again next month.

Such a lovely stay at this hotel .Had some stress traveling with kids in a city I’ve never been to , Honestly felt like home away from home , staff was so welcoming & helpful. Bellmen Angel & Henry were the absolute best ! Accommodations , experience , staff 5 stars
