Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

I just completed a wonderful hotel experience at The Lotte Palace. Kal and Nicole secured a delightful room for our stay, and Kal personally chose excellent, memorable and delicious dining locations within walking distance of our NY activities. I have rarely seen a concierge take such personal care to ensure our stay in New York was everything we needed or desired. Thank you, Kal! We look forward to our next visit.

Clara took such good care of us at the towers. She was a warm communicator and helped remember every single request, especially the difficult ones. I’m surprised at the hospitality from everyone. It’s a very spacious establishment and the staff is so warm.

We had an exceptional stay at The Towers at Lotte New York Palace. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Melody (front desk) was warm, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. She made check-in seamless and she went out of her way to ensure our family felt welcomed and taken care of. Ms. Melody booked our room on the 48th floor, spectacular view of the city! We had an awesome view of St Patrick’s! We were able to take such beautiful pictures right from our window. Ms. Antoinette, our room attendant was outstanding—our room was spotless each day. She made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to making sure my 4 year old enjoyed her stay. Ms Antoinette even sent her home with a special Lotte New York Palace teddy bear! The bell staff (Mr. Saleem) and doormen (Mr. Louis) were equally impressive. Always friendly, attentive, and proactive—whether helping with luggage, opening doors, or assisting with transportation, they consistently went above and beyond with genuine kindness. The location is unbeatable—just steps from St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue shopping, and Central Park, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. A special thank you to Ms. Rebecca, who made our check-out process incredibly smooth and easy. She was professional, efficient, and a wonderful final touch to an already fantastic stay. The entire team made our stay feel effortless and special. We will absolutely be returning! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with truly top-tier hospitality.

Stayed here with friends for a mom and daughter senior trip and we had the best time! Loved that the location was one block off 5th Ave and it was great that it was close to Broadway and TimeSquare

Clara at the front desk was very helpful and remembered us every time we came and left. Lovely breakfast. Iconic location. Rooms are big for NYC - very walkable to many things.
