Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Gorgeous, gilded age hotel with ample room, superior service and centrally located. We were located on the 48th floor in the Towers with separate entrance and front desk to the main hotel. They offer historical tours on Saturdays (I believe) for any history buffs or gilded age fans. Hotel was busy with group guests but the tower was quiet and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was prevalent throughout our stay including turndown service. We checked out the spa but didn't have time to enjoy the services; staff was friendly and knowledgeable and their hours extend to 8PM! Did I mention the gorgeous room with views of St. Patrick's Cathedral?! This is by far my favorite hotel in the city for charm, location and service. It's pricy but worth every penny! We will be back!

Clara at The Towers was so helpful getting us checked in. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! The rooms themselves show a little bit of wear, but we felt like the service and every staff member, especially Clara, was so welcoming and helpful!

Our guest service agent’s name was Michael Frick. We can’t speak highly enough of him. He made our stay memorable. Thank you Michael. Location was a “10”. The value, atmosphere, and room cleanliness were five stars. We were high enough up in the hotel (38th floor) that city noise was never an issue. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing check in experience with Anna-Marie Reiber. She made sure we had a smooth and easy check in. She gave us great recommendations for places to go and see. Matthew the bell hop was also very helpful and pointed us in the direction of all the go to places in the area as well. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

The service was exceptional. From the very beginning, Anna-Maria checked us in and set the best mood for our stay. She was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be coming back for another stay, and she’s a huge reason why.
