We stayed on the 41st floor in the towers section, the view was fabulous. The staff could not have been more attentive. It was worth the money.

Prime location walking distance to everywhere, hotel itself has beautiful lobby, Gold Room very iconic, Amazing Service from everyone , especially Ramonda in the Villard Mansion very efficient and sweet , Rebecca at the Towers so kind and accommodating always made us feel at home. She represents the hotel very well. Will always come back because of her.

The lights on the room were all on or all off. That is annoying. Check in and check out at the towers was slow. Perhaps a second person working the desk would help.

Great property to say the least. If you’re searching for a luxury experience look no further than the Lotte Palace towers and make sure to visit Rebecca V. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! She continuously goes above and beyond to ensure our stay is flawless. She checks up, amazing recommendations and is always happy to help. One of the main reasons we will return is because of her! Thank you!!

Location is good, and housekeeping does a good job with keeping rooms clean. Front desk staff seem nice when they are there. However, the dedicated check-in service that they brag about on the website is not available if you check in in the evening. The rooms are outdated, and the bathroom is cramped. Beds need replacement. I am writing this review from the hotel as I lie awake in an uncomfortable bed--the bed frame is wobbly, so any shift in position makes the whole bed shake. There is no coffee maker except by request. One elevator has been down during most of our stay, so getting in and out is time- consuming. The only difference I can tell between the room in the Towers and the rest of the hotel is that the rooms are on a higher floor with a dedicated elevator, but this does not justify the nearly double room rate. The room itself is more on par with 3-star property.
