Lotte New York Palace & The Towers

Just stayed in the Towers last month and I had a great experience. All the staff was very attentive, especially Clara at the reception was wonderful - helped my check-in and stay to be really pleasant, and also assisted my boss. Rooms are spacious and clean, maybe a little outdated in terms of technology but comfortable and with amazing view. The service is great and the location even better. Tip: if your agent book through Virtuoso, you get benefits such as breakfast, meals, etc.

An unforgettable stay in an iconic New York hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the staff all went out of their way to make our kids have a special experience - with a particular thanks to Clara!

The Towers at Lotte New York Palace should be called “Lottery” New York Palace because staying there made us feel like we won the lottery! We had the most epic and amazing weekend celebrating my sister’s birthday! The staff made a lasting impression on us and we look forward to our next visit! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! Clara was AMAZING! She upgraded our suites and gave us wonderful suggestions of places to visit. She is so friendly and she greeted us every time we passed the reception desk. Norma also checked on us daily and asked if there was anything they can do for us to improve our stay. She also arranged a special birthday treat for my sister and gave me souvenir gifts for my boys! I would also like to thank the following: Gesta at The Villard Restaurant for always accommodating our large group of 10 with a smile. George O. for serenading us with Frank Sinatra songs outside while we waited for a taxi. Diego and Kal in concierge for going out of their way to secure hard to get restaurant reservations for our large group of 10 and for their wonderful suggestions for activities/places to visit. To Julia in concierge for assisting us with spa and restaurant reservations. To Afradita, Veronica and Syed in housekeeping for keeping our rooms clean/stocked and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is clean and quiet with comfortable beds and the staff is SO friendly and kind! The hotel is centrally located in midtown Manhattan and close to the high end shopping stores on 5th Ave, Madison Ave and Park Ave. It’s also close to Times Square and Central Park (we enjoyed a beautiful bike ride through Central Park). I highly recommend staying in the Towers at the hotel. The hotel is very kid friendly and dog friendly. I plan to return in May for a weekend and although I had originally booked our stay at the Peninsula, I am going to cancel my reservation and stay here again. Lotte New York Palace Towers, thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming us with open arms, for your kindness and for the most incredible stay!

Had such an elite experience at the Towers! From the doormen and bellmen, front desk and concierge, housekeeping and customer service, everyone went above and beyond to greet us at every interaction and made sure we were always smiling. Special shoutout to Clara, Kal, Norma, Diego, Syed, you guys made this trip so memorable and made us feel like VIP. P.S. ask George to serenade you as you wait for the cab he hailed you, he has the voice of a crooner❤️

We came to NY from Chicago for a Girls Trip over Easter weekend and I would be remiss if I didn’t give a loud special shout out to Clara in Reception !! She was absolutely exceptional & even graciously upgraded our accommodation to a luxurious Suite!! Clara and also Norma were always extremely friendly greeting us every time we came in or were heading out & were Both super helpful with any and all of our needs. And I should mention we were a big group of 10 girls so there was always something that someone needed or forgot to bring lol I can’t recommend this hotel enough & Ask for Clara and Norma at Reception.
