Not worth the money!
The hotel is showing its age and the services have declined substantially since we stay there last. No coffee in the rooms and breakfast is insanely expensive if you can even get a table. I realize Xmas in NYC is crazy but they do nothing to mitigate the crowds from filling up the lobby and making it impossible to get around. Beds and pillows are not the most comfortable. We stayed in the towers for more luxury but did not get our money’s worth. Zero amenities.

This was the first time staying here. The craziness of midtown was offset by the friendliness and smiles of Clara and Rebecca.

Amazing NYC Wonderland
The staff was very attentive. The room suite 5101, 5102 and 5116 were absolutely stunning. Beautiful place. Stayed with my 2 kids and their spouses and my 2 grand daughters. It was a beautiful family christmas for us. Rockettes were a short walk away and so many lovely restaurants. We're going back in January. Thanks so much Lotte NYC Palace.
