Wonderful Experience
We recently stayed at the Lotte New York Palace to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, and the entire experience was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay special. A huge thank you to Samir, who went above and beyond to help decorate our suite. The extra balloons and thoughtful touches truly made the celebration feel magical. It meant so much to our family and especially to my daughter. I also want to sincerely thank the amazing housekeeping team, particularly Bibi, Maria Gonzalez, and Hamnon. The rooms were spotless, beautifully arranged, and felt like a home away from home. Their attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed. The Lotte New York Palace rocks! We’ll never forget this special milestone, and it’s all thanks to the exceptional staff and the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Checking into the towers with Rebecca Villasenor was a breeze. Rebecca was super professional, kind and managed to secure a cathedral view for our return stay. Rebecca is a star towers guest service agent!

We love this hotel! The location is perfect and the staff is top notch! I especially enjoyed talking with Anna Marie. We were meeting family and friends for an afternoon Yankees game and were looking for some dinner suggestions. She gave us lots of recommendations and dinner was perfect! We are looking forward to our next trip to NYC and staying at The Palace!

24/7 friendly staff.
Great location, beautiful property, very spacious rooms for nyc standards. Friendly staff, Ann Marie, Peter and Ani are great! Had a bit of an issues regarding the room, but Fernando at the front desk was quick to resolve it and very attentive in following up with me. I will certainly consider returning
