Favorite NYC Hotel
We will never stay at another NYC hotel again. The location, room sizes and staff are just some of the bonuses. Everyone was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Clara at the front desk was especially helpful as well as the doormen. We will be coming back very soon.

Amazing, breathtaking view
Exceptional Service: The Clara and Diego Difference. Both are lovely and quite helpful. Such a pleasant experience checking in at the PalaceTower. Everything in our room was geared to the three guests staying in this apartment style 2 bathroom suite with a seperated bedroom. Clara and Diego definitely made us feel like VIPs

Christmas at the Palace
We stayed at the Palace during the most hectic time of year, the Christmas holiday in NYC. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Clara at the reception desk at the Towers. We were traveling with my 5 year old daughter, and Clara went out of her way to bring a smile to her face.

Tower Suite - Highly Recommended
The Tower room was excellent. The staff welcoming. Clara at Tower check in was incredibly helpful and charming. Would definitely stay again.
