Great service from beginning!
People here are very helpful and kind!!!! From over all experience? Amazing! Service is everything! Carlos bellman is the best ! He is very caring and helpful! Also the reception that help me today, Eduardo. All very nice the staff and quick handling thing: The room is quite authentic and unique. Classic touch.

Fantastic service. Especially Vijay, Guest Services Agent at the front desk, who was knowledgeable and efficient with check in / checkout. Wonderful experience, clean and stylish property. Room service was fast, healthy and tasty. The in-room espresso with a quick restocking by the attentive staff was a treat.

Great hotel, location
Excellent stay as always. This hotel is in a great location, quiet enough where you're not going to get all the NYC noise at night, but walking distance to great restaurants and many other things. The staff is very pleasant and always helpful. This stay Vijay Persaud in guest services was great ! He helped me out with a late checkout because my flight got delayed multiple hours.
