Le Meridien New York, Central Park

Wonderful service and experience. I had stayed at the Hotel years ago but took my family for a Christmas vacation. The staff was friendly and eager to serve. The hotel and amenities were clean and everything was in excellent condition. Exceeded my expectations, which were already very high based on past stay. Great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Overall we were very satisfied. Positives: Location is super, feels very safe, two different subway lines when you turn left or right, bus stops a few steps away. Our suite was a good size, sliding doors really maximise the space. We had a slim view of the park, sadly reduced due to the new construction across the road. Staff were friendly. Room service was delicious. Negatives: The hotel is indeed in need of a refurb. The room decor is showing its age, but the windows were the biggest problem, the handles were ancient and the windows don’t seal properly. It was -9°C outside and you could feel that inside! We turned the room heater up to 24°C to overcome, but the heater is very noisy all night. We asked for a few things to be brought to the room, many of them never got delivered until we chased up. Of course the destination fee is a croc. Utterly disgusting, but every hotel in the US seems to be doing it. At least you can recover some of this outrageous rip off fee, with $40 towards food & beverages. Overall we’d stay again if the price stays sensible.

Le Méridien New York, Central Park exceeded my expectations with its central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by subway. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat in the heart of Manhattan. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury in NYC.

Excellent location for us on our holiday excursion. Food in the Paris Bar was excellent and the service as well. We were particularly impressed with Israel as a server. At the front desk Nathema was a joy. Overall we really enjoyed the people. Recommend staying in the first 6 floors because you almost have a private elevator.

We went to Manhattan for a girl’s weekend -the location was perfect, everyone was extremely attentive, and Dana was an exceptional concierge who helped us secure some highly sought after reservations. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
