Great customer service
I’ve never written a review but want to thank Vijay Persaud for his incredible service at check-in and throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure a 5-star experience. I travel for my job and can say that Vijay is one of the most professional, courteous and kind employees I have met. He cares.

Great hotel, location
Excellent stay as always. This hotel is in a great location, quiet enough where you're not going to get all the NYC noise at night, but walking distance to great restaurants and many other things. The staff is very pleasant and always helpful. This stay Vijay Persaud in guest services was great ! He helped me out with a late checkout because my flight got delayed multiple hours.

Great stay!
Bed is comfortable! Staff are very friendly and restaurant is nice and convenient (Vijay at front desk was very helpful and kind!) We came up for a quick visit for my Moms 70th bday! The staff in the Paris restaurant were so accommodating and attentive.

Great location and services at front desk and restaurant.
Lovely stay for 3 nights. Easy walking to Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Metropolitan Museum was the reason for picking this hotel. Upon check-in, Vijay Persaud at the front desk acknowledged my Marriott elite status, and explained very clearly to me how I can take advantage of my $40/day destination fee that is included in the room rate. I had breakfast and dinner at Paris Bar at the hotel everyday and enjoyed the food and the service very much. I was able to use my $40 food/beverage credit for dining, This will be my regular hotel in Manhattan for my future trips to NYC.

A very remarkable trip
Diana gave my boyfriend and I the warmest welcome! She was the sweetest! The customer service was amazing! She really went above and beyond and is super appreciated!! She just made us feel comfortable! Any issues we were able to come to her. Amazing!
